Clinical Study Of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Method In Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency,Dampness Retention Syndrome

Objective: Observation of Shengqingjiangzhuo method in the treatment of chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney deficiency, wet syndrome of turbid retention of clinical efficacy, and to explore its mechanism, provide certain theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of chronic renal failure.Method: Will meet the inclusion criteria of 60 patients, were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,each of 30 cases. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,The experimental group based on the treatment in control group treated with Shengqing Jiangzhuo decoction of Chinese medicine decoction. Observation of serum creatinine in patients before and after treatment(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN), endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr), 24 h urinary protein quantitation(UPQ), hemoglobin(Hb), blood red blood cell count(RBC) serum albumin(Alb), Changes of Chinese medicine symptoms and syndrome score.Results:(1) Clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect: in the control group, the total effective rate was 60%; the experimental group total efficiency 76.67%, there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05), showed that in the experimental group was better than the control group.(2) Curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome: in the control group, the total effective rate was 66.67%.; experimental group total effective rate was 86.67%, the experimental group was better than the control group, two groups compared with significant difference(P < 0.05).(3) Renal function: the two groups after treatment, BUN and Scr were decreased, Ccr increased, compared with before treatment were significantly different(P<0.05), indicating that both experimental group and the control group can improve renal function; After treatment, Scr, BUN, Ccr between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05), which showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving renal function.(4) Routine blood test,Alb,24hUPQ:the experimental group after treatment, Hb, RBC, Alb were significantly increased, 24 hUPQ decreased, compared with before treatment were significantly different(P < 0.05), In the control group after treatment, Hb, RBC, Alb increased, 24 hUPQ decreased, compared with before treatment with statistical significance(P < 0.05); After treatment, Hb, RBC, 24 hUPQ, Alb group compared with significant difference(P<0.05), The experimental group increased Hb, RBC, Alb, lower 24 hUPQ, better than the control group.Conclusion: Using Shengqing Jiangzhuo method in the treatment of chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney deficiency, dampness retention syndrome has good curative effect, to improve renal function, renal anemia and hypoproteinemia and delay the progression of chronic renal failure course, with certain clinical significance, it is worth further research and extension.
