The Evaluation Research Of TCM Data Mining Literature Based On The Perspective Of Information Metrology

Objective: Information metrology analyze the research status of traditional Chinese Medicine data mining literature.Methods: Articals searched from CNKI database used as a data source, information metrology used analyze the number of issued annual,fund,research institute,authors,journals distribution,subjects distribution,keyword distribution,topics,and,et al.Detecting the research focus through co-word analysis and co-citation with the assist of information visualization tool——Cytoscape 3.3.0.Results: A total of 1564 related articles were retrieved:(1) The accumulate articles published every year was in a linear growth.The research was concerned by more and more researchers.(2) The researches in this field were largely funded.(3) Research institutes mainly are Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other institutions.(4) The core authors who are leading in the study are Wu Jiarui,Zhang Bing,Zhang Xiaomeng,Guo Bing,Guo Weixian from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Lv Aiping,Jiang Miao from China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Jiang Yongguang from Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine,Zhengguang from Lanzhou University,et al.(5) The articals mainly published in Chinese Journal of Experimental Traditional Medicial Formulae, Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine,Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Materia Medica——WORLD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY,et al.(6)The high frequent key words are Association rules analysis,Prescription drug analysis,Cluster analysis,Traditional Chinese Medical case,Traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome.Conclusions:(1)It is suggest that domain research fund,institutes,authors and journals of Traditional Chinese Medical data mining concerns should be given concerns in order to tract the research fonts of Traditional Chinese Medical data mining.(2) Research focus were clustered into four categories,which include the mining Law of Composition of Chinese Prescription and application of data mining methods in the field of Traditional Chinese Medical,the law of Traditional Chinese Medical treatment research, and the mining of Traditional Chinese Medical clinical experience.(3) Explore the development of data mining methods in the deeper areas and application of the traditional heritage of experience in the modern may still be the potential research fields.
