This thesis is focused on the treatment of Subacute thyroiditis(SAT). The present study attempts to explore the relationship among diseases, symptoms,prescriptions and drugs. This research aims to probe into an efficient approach to clinical diagnosis and treatment so as to provide a sound basis for diagnosis, dialectics, treatment standards of traditional Chinese treatment.The author widely collected literature of SAT from January in1980 to December in 2015. The author combed all the literature and statistics of different patterns of symptomes carefully. The data of drugs and prescriptions was fully analysed by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system V2.5 according to different patterns of symptoms and drugs using regularity. This study aims to testify whether new prescriptions can be formed so as to provide new treatment of SAT. In addition,this research aims to explore whether different complicated symptoms and patterns of SAT can be concluded and classified.Through analysis and discussion,the following findings can be drawn:1. Six patterns of syndromes of SAT are invented: Pattern of wind-cold, Pattern of liver depression and heat, Pattern of heat toxin, Pattern of insufficiency of spleen and kidney,Pattern of yin deficiency inner heat and Pattern of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis. 2. This thesis concluds high frequency medicine and common drugs of SAT, the usage of different effective drugs, high frequency drugs used for different patterns of syndromes mentioned above and their corresponding prescriptons. 3.Many new prescriptions are discovered by the author presented in this thesis.In this study,the unique innovation is evident. These six patterns of SAT contributes greatly to the improvement of treatment of SAT and at the same time find the relationship among diseases,symptoms,prescriptions and medicine of SAT. They are closely related to clinical syndromes, pathogenesis and pathogeny. It is believed that the findings of this study will have a positive and instructive role in improving the clinical and experimental studies of SAT and traditional Chinese treatment. |
