The Analysis Of TCM Syndromes Of Patients With Essential Hypertension With Carotid Artery Plaque And The Relationship Between TCM Syndromes And Left Ventricular Geometric Patlerns

Objectives: Excavating the relationship between TCM Syndromes and the pathological and physiologic influences of artery and heart because of hypertension by analysing connections of patients`TCM Syndromes,vascular plaques and the structure of left ventricular,who both have hypertension and carotid artery plaque.Methods:Collect the information of patients with EH and CAP,including basic informations,sundrome informations and ultrasound results,distinguish syndromes of patients by TCM diagnostic critena to analyze general clinical cases,TCM syndromes of patients and the relationship between TCM syndromes and left ventricular geometric patlernsResult:1.The average course of the disease is(12.89±9.86).There is no difference between men and women about course of the disease、blood pressure、age.2.Arraying the number of TCM Syndromes from lager to smaller is accumulation of phlegm-dampness,comsumpion of yin and yang,yin wancing and yang waxing,hyperactivity of liver fier,blood stasic keeps more patients in and permits.3 The average age of patients with comsumpion of yin and yang are oldest,hyperactivity of liver fier youngest(P<0.05),in view of and permits patients with deficiency of essence of kidney are older(P<0.05). 4.The systotic blood pressure of patients with comsumpion of yin and yang are hightent,the diastolic blood pressure of patients with hyperactivity of liver fier are hightent(P<0.05), in view of and permits the systotic blood pressure of patients with deficiency of essence of kidney are highter(P<0.05).5.The plaque score of patients with accumulation of phlegm-dampness are hightest,with hyperactivity of liverfier are lowest(P<0.05);patients with blood stasic are highter, phlegm and blood stasic are hightest(P<0.05).6.Patients with course of the disease more than twenty years have the hightest plaque score(P<0.05).7.Men aging from 56 to 65 own more patients with abnormal left ventricular geometric patterns,aging from 66 to 75 and older than 75 have more women(P<0.05).8.The average of course of the disease and age is largest in patients with eccentric hypertrophy,the normal are smallest(P<0.05).9.Patients with phlegm and blood stasic and blood stasic have more concentric and eccentric hypertrophy(P<0.05).10. Arraying LVMI from high to low: accumulation of phlegm-dampness,yin wancing and yang waxing,comsumpion of yin and yang,hyperactivity of liver fier; blood stasic,deficiency of essence of kidney.11.With the increasing of the course of the disease,the LVMI,RWT increase.Patients with course of the disease more than 15 years have more addition about LVMI,RWT than patients with less than 10 years.12.With the development of age, LVMI of patients increase. RWT is hightest in patients with age older than 70(P<0.05).13.The plaque scores of concentric and eccentric hypertrophy are lager than the normal(P<0.01).Conclusion: general clinical cases of patients with EH and CAP have relationships with TCM Syndromes.Phlegm and blood stasic are key factors of the damage of artery and heart because of hypertension。...
