The Clinical Research On Treating Chronic Functional Constipation With Qi And Blood Deficiency Syndrome In Middle-aged And Elderly By QiZhuYiQiTang

Objective : To clinicali efficacy that the clinical research on treating Chronic Functional Constipation with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome in middle-aged and elderly by QiZhuYiQiTang,and provide clinical reference for the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic functional constipation.Methods:60 patients of chronic FC with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome in middle-aged and elderly were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=30) and the control group(n=30).30 patients were received QiZhuYiQiTang as the experimental group, and 30 patients were received Polyethylene Glycol 4000 Powder as the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment, 4 weeks after the end of treatment, changes in clinical symptoms was analyzed.Results:The clinical research was to show, In the experimental group,4 cases recovered and 15 cases significantly improved,9 cases improved,the total effective rate in the experimental group is 93.33%. In the control group,1 cases recovered and 10 cases significantly improved,13 cases improved,the total effective rate in the experimental group is 93.33%. In terms of total score of TCM symptom,than before treatment significantly improved(P <0.01) in the two groups after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the improvement of after treatment were significantly better than 4 weeks after treatment(P <0.01). After treatment,the improvement of the experimental group of TCM symptom total score than the control group(P <0.05), this suggests that the effect on the total score of TCM symptom experimental group than the control group after treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment,two groups improved aspects of TCM symptom total score was no significant difference(P> 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment,the recurrence rate was 32.14% in experimental group,, the recurrence rate was 50.00% in the control group. The clinical course of the study found no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:It is better clinical efficacy to cure Chronic Functional Constipation with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome in middle-aged and elderly by QiZhuYiQiTang,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients.
