| Objective: To investigate the application and short-term clinical application of Ribbed Link bio anatomical prosthesis in total hip arthroplasty. To provide scientific and objective basis for clinical treatment decision making and better clinical application..Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 60 patients who received total hip arthroplasty in our department during the period from December 2014 to March 2011.The clinical data of 65 hips were analyzed in patients. Clinical evaluation of application of hip joint Harris score standard score function, imaging evaluation according to follow-up the patients with bilateral hip standard normal X-ray observed femoral prosthesis and femur interface whether the photic zone and hardening with, and to observe the femoral prosthesis and contact situation, understand the stability of hip.Results: A total of 60 cases were collected in this study, and the follow-up rate was63, cases, and the follow-up rate was 100%. Preoperative Harris score of hip joint in patients with as 4.3 + 0.00, postoperative scores for 3 months, postoperative scores for 6months, the postoperative 12 months score, by SPSS17.0 statistical software, t-test paired design data analysis, before and after surgery in patients with Harris score have significant difference in and after surgery the clinical curative effect of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months increased gradually. Radiographic hip joint X-ray showed all the follow-up patients with femoral side femoral talus absorption, femoral stem prosthesis proximal and cortical bone in close contact, far and femoral medullary cavity matching degree good, no prosthesis loosening and displacement, the prosthesis and the bone interface without the photic zone and hardening with, visible bone ingrowth stable.Conclusion: The design of Ribbed Link bio anatomical prosthesis is reasonable, and the matching degree of femoral bone marrow cavity is high, which has the advantages of good initial stability, fast bone length and less stress shielding in the distal femur. Under nofractures allows patients with early ambulation and functional exercise, to reduce patients with bedsore, hypostatic pneumonia, urinary system infection and other complications occurred. The short-term application effect of Ribbed Link bio anatomical prosthesis is satisfied, and its long-term clinical effect remains to be seen. |
