The Research Of The Clinical Therapeutic Effect Of Vascular Cognitive Impairment No Dementia By Harmonizing Shaoyang And Descending Turbidity

Objective: Harmonizing Shaoyang Jiangzhuo Decoction is commonly used by tutor in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment no dementia which is suitable for shaoyang disease merging Yangming visceraexcess.It is based on the holistic view of traditional Chinese Medicine to observe the clinical effect of harmonizing Shaoyang Jiangzhuo Decoction on improving patients’ life quality,independent living ability and cognitive function.Mothod:60 patients who meet the criteria were randomly divided into two groups:30 cases of experimental group, 30 cases of control group.Two groups were given basic treatment.The treatment group was given Chinese medicine to non boiled granule medicine named Harmoinzing Shaoyang Jiangzhuo Decoction QD,taken with lukewarm water.The control group was given nimodipine,TID. After 6 months of treatment, changes of ADL scale、MOCA scale、MMSE scale、TCM syndrome observation table were observerd between the two groups.Result:The total clinicial effective rates of experimental group was 66%;the effective power of TCM syndrome is 80% in treatment and 20% in control.After treatment,the scores of ADL、MOCA、MMSE、TCM syndrome observation table were improved more obviously compared with contrast group.Conclution: Method of harmonizing Shaoyang Jiangzhuo to treat vascular cognitive impairment no dementia with shaoyag disease merge Yang Ming viscera excess is safe and effective.It can increase patients’ self-care ability, improve Shaoyang belatent、syndrome of excess of Yangming fu-viscera and slow the disease.
