The Clinical Research Of Yiqijiangtangtiaozhi Prescription In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Combined With Hyperlipemia

Objection: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqijiangtangtiaozhi Prescription in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipemia by the method of Yiqiyangyin Huatanquyu.Methods: The 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipemia,who had been chosen into this clinical research,were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.Each group had 30 cases.the patients of control group were treated with metformin and simvastatin,based on the control group,the patients of the treatment group were added to yiqijiangzhitiaozhi prescription.With a period of 2 months’ treatment,we could observe the patients’ change on the blood glucose(FPG,2hPG,HbA1c),blood lipid(TC, TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),BMI,TCM syndromes and other indicators,and analyze these datas with statistic methods.Results:Before and after the treatment,by comparison,the blood glucose, blood lipid, BMI and clinical TCM syndrome of the two groups had been both improved,but they were different.After the treatment,there were significicant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01)in the efficacy of FPG,2hPG and blood lipid between the two groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group. There were significant differences(P<0.05)in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups, and the treatment group was better than the control group. There were no significant differences(P>0.05)between the two groups in improving the HbA1 c and BMI of patients.Conclusion:By the method of yiqiyangyin and huatanquyu,Yiqijiangtangtiaozhi prescription has sure curative effected in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipemia.It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
