Objective: This article mainly through the discussion of parent for minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis(MIPO) via acromion anterolateral edge, separation of triangular muscle fiber type approach in the treatment of unstable proximal humeral fractures with conventional by the deltoid muscle pectoralis major space approach in the treatment of unstable proximal humeral fractures, aims to study demonstrates(MIPO) for minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis is better than that of the conventional approach in the treatment of unstable proximal humeral fractures. Methods: This article studies the shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital orthopedic ward from August 2014 to March 2015 were 50 cases of unstable patients with proximal humeral fractures, the experimental group USES the art of for minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis(MIPO) via acromion anterolateral edge, separation of triangular muscle fiber type approach in the treatment of unstable proximal humeral fractures in patients with 25 cases, control group with conventional deltoid muscle pectoralis major muscle ditch into the road between 25 cases of open reduction and internal fixation of proximal humeral fractures, custom-made postoperative follow-up plans continue to follow-up, 1 years after using Neer shoulder joint function rating criteria, to explore for minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis(MIPO)treatment of unstable operation type of clinical curative effect of proximal humeral fractures, application SPSS21.0 for data analysis. Results: 25 patients with experimental group, the average length of incision, 6.12 cm, the average healing time: 9.64 weeks, surgical blood loss:the average 111.80 ml, Neer shoulder joint function score average: 89.64 points, 25 patients with the control group, incision length, average: 15.00 cm, the average healing time: 11.96 weeks, surgical blood loss: the average289.60 ml, Neer shoulder joint function score average: 86.12 points;Postoperative statistics difference of the two groups, the T test analysis,Neer score values P = 0.044 < 0.05, incision length, P = 0.00 < 0.05, P = 0.00< 0.05, fracture healing time surgical blood loss(P = 0.00 < 0.05. Four groups of data are statistically significant. Conclusion: Minimally invasive bone plate bonesetting instability(MIPO)in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in small incision length, less surgical blood loss, shorter fracture healing time, postoperative according to Neer shoulder joint function score is high, so superior to the conventional channel between the deltoid muscle pectoralis major instability into the road in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.
