The Development Of Scale For TCM About The Agitated State Anxiety

Objective:To develop a scale which can represent TCM characteristics and agitate the state of anxiety.It can also provide an effective evaluation tool in clinical practice.Method:According to the concept of "the state of Psychological Disorder" proposed by Prof.Qi Xianghua,and the "insomnia irritable anxious status rating scale",as well as the modern psychometric methods and means,we agitated the state anxiety rating scale of TCM.By literature research,expers' consultation and discrimination text,select 64 entries to make a primary trial with 320 patients,use SPSS17.0 statistical software for data processing,and then form the formal scale,form the scale of validity and reliability for scientific evaluation.Results:The scale altogether contains 33 items involving seven factors.The formal sinternal consistency reliability is 0.897,where reliability is 0.892,It has a good structure validity and content validity.This scale can better assess the patient's degree of the state of anxiety.
