Illustrate the two groups can be effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, reduce the happening of the number of twist body.2.compared with blank control group, model control group rats endometrial PGF2α content significantly increased, significantly lower content of PGE2, PGF2α/PGE2 ratio increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),from the Angle of the cause of building success; Traditional acupuncture group, the technology of zhi bian through to shui dao group compared with model control group,PGF2α content reduced obviously rise, PGE2 levels increased significantly, PGF2α /PGE2 ratio decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the traditional acupuncture group and the technology of zhi bian through to shui dao group have analgesic action on primary dysmenorrhea.3. compared with blank control group, model control group in the level of CD3~+,CD4~+, CD8~+ was a significant change, CD3~+, CD4~+, and CD4~+ / CD8~+ levels decreased, CD8~+ levels, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the traditional acupuncture group, he technology of zhi bian through to shui dao group compared with model control group,CD3~+, CD4~+, and CD4~+ / CD8~+levels rise, CD8~+levels drop, T lymphocyte subsets levels tend to blank control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Traditional acupuncture group and the technology of zhi bian through to shui dao group be able to adjust the immune function of dysmenorrhea model rats.4. traditional acupuncture group and the technology of zhi bian through to shui dao group ‘s various indicators of comparative differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05), illustrate the experiments cannot effectively comparing traditional acupuncture method with the technology of zhi bian through to shui dao group of treatment effect.5.thymus, spleen, uterus in terms of pathological changes, model control group were obvious pathological changes have taken place, and the traditional acupuncture group and the technology of zhi bian through to shui dao group and the degree of the pathological changes of thymus and spleen and uterus slightly in the model group.
