Clinical Study On Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Proteinuria (Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney) With Qidifushen Decoction

Purpose: To observe complexment of Kidney Decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome)clinical curative effect.Method: Cases in the December June 2014 to 2015 Jilin Provincial People’s Hospital Department of traditional Chinese medicine,Nephrology and outpatient therapy area patients,in line with the clinical diagnosis of chronic glomerulonephritis,and in accordance with the inclusion criteria in 80 cases,among them off cases in 8 cases,the final study cases 72 cases.All patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 36 cases in each group.Study group treatment: on the basis of treatment,give Qi to the kidney soup.Using three nine pharmaceutical production of Chinese herbal medicine,in accordance with the original pieces of the amount of the swap,daily 1 agent,water rushed 300 ml,before breakfast,after dinner,sub service.Continuous medication for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Control group: in foundation treatment,given currently accepted treatment of urinary protein and effective ACEI class drug lovastatin new as positive control drug and benazepril hydrochloride tablets,Beijing Novartis Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.is the production,10 mg,once a day.Continuous medication for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Observe the two groups of patients after treatment,the level of urinary protein,TCM symptoms,evaluation of the overall efficacy of the two groups.Result: After treatment,7 cases of patients cured,15 cases markedly effective,effective in 12 cases,the total effective rate was 94.4%,significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant;two groups of patients with TCM main symptoms were improved,in back pain,edema,aversion to cold,anorexia,etc.the degree of improvement,the study group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant;compared with 24 hour urinary protein quantitative protein can decrease the effects of the two groups after treatment were significantly better than the control group,the study group(P < 0.05);the study group decreased urinary protein level was better than the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Compared with two groups of AST,ALT,BUN and SCr before and after treatment,P > 0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment of blood;Stool routine examination showed no obvious abnormalities.In the course of the study,no adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion: The study of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of chronic glomerulonephritis created with clinical and rich theoretical basis.Qi complex Kidney Decoction can effectively reduce the chronic glomerular nephritis spleen qi and kidney qi deficiency syndrome in patients with proteinuria,improve the clinical symptoms of the chronic nephritis,and improve the quality of life of the patients.In this study,the effect of the application of Qi and Kidney Decoction on renal function was not obvious,and there was no obvious adverse reaction.
