A Study Of The Rules Of Acupoint Optimization And Compatibility To Treat Gastroparesis

Purpose: Use data mining technology to analyze expert consult survey,to carry out the study of the rules of acupoint optimization and compatibility to treat Gastroparesis,make for the ideas of acupoint selection of acupoints compatibility,improve the clinical curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of gastroparesis,the preferred method for gastroparesis acupoints in the study of the basic theory and clinical.Method: By acupuncture in the treatment of gastroparesis experts in China with consult survey,based on data mining technology,use Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System software,such as optimizing acupoints of acupuncture in treatment of gastroparesis and the compatibility rule was summarized and analyzed.Result: This study shows that acupuncture treatment of gastroparesis selected points top 10 “Analogiczl acupoints” were Zusanli(ST36),Zhongwan(CV12),Weishu(BL21),Neiguan(PC6),Pishu(BL20),Tianshu(ST25),Shangwan(RN13),Gongsun(SP4),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Xiawan(RN10),which belonging to Ren Meridian,tomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,and Bladder Meridian of Foot-taiyang,Sites of the selected acupoints most belong to chest and abdomen,lower limbs and backside and waist.specific point choice,convergent acupoint,Mu point,back yu point,five shu points(he points of tomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming),collateral point,Fuhui of eight confluence acupoints,lower He point,eight-convergent points,was used most frequently.Acupoints compatibility mainly Zhongwan and Zusanli,Weishu and Zusanli,Weishu and Zhongwan,Neiguan and Zhongwan,Neiguan and Zusanli,Weishu,Zhongwan and Zusanli,Neiguan,Zhongwan and Zusanli,Pishu and Zusanli,Pishu and Weishu,Pishu and Zhongwan Pishu,Weishu and Zusanli,Pishu,Zhongwan and Zusanli,Pishu,Weishu and Zhongwan often give priority to.Conclusion: Acupuncture in the treatment of gastroparesis acupoint selection is according to the disease situation,with acupoints selection along meridians,acupoints selection adjoining points,acupoints selection far away lesion site and pay attention to the selected specific acupoints rules.Acupuncture in the treatment of gastroparesis acupoints compatibility with the up and down points combination,the front and back points combination,the three part points combination,the rendezvous points combination,the He points and mu points combination,the mu points and back-shu points combination,the lower confluent point and back-shu points combination,and the collateral points and mu points combination of rules.
