| In China blood is one kind of scarce social public resource.Clinical transfusion holds the important position,indispensable and irreplaceable for first aid and treatment.Nowadays the conditions of blood resources of short supply will have a big impact on medical treatment immediately.With the promulgation and implement of Blood Donation Law the gratuitous blood-donation work is burgeoning,achieving remarkable advancement.However,there are some problems derived from blood support as follows: First,Lack of Blood Resource.Under the circumstance of growing need for blood the qualified,healthy and voluntary blood donor aren’t growing whiledecreasing instead.Therefore,the problem of long-term effective supply of blood resources should be valued highly and it is imperative to find out the relevant solutions.Second,Strengthening the Security of Blood Use.The various disadvantages of transfusing allogenic blood are emerging,such as anaphylaxis,pyrexia and transmissionof infectious disease having an immediate impact on transfusion for treatment.Along with the increasingly prominent issue of blood supply and demand,the security for blood transfusion has been gotten a lot of attention.Obviously,mainly by self-adjustment and operating mechanism of sole blood bank couldn’t cope with the drawback of blood support.Third,Expensive Cost of Blood Use.Allogenic transfusion not only various examination(blood grouping,blood matching,antibody screening,etc.)but also increase medical cost and labor cost,increasing economic burden of patients and families.The advancement of autologous blood storage technology provide opportunity for solving these problems above and form recent years of research manifestations autologous blood storage has following advantages: First,Broadeningthe channel of blood source;Second,Securing blood transfusion;Third,Free of various examinations,improving efficiency and saving cost.However,mainly by self-adjustment and operating mechanism of sole blood bank couldn’t cope with the drawback of blood support.After systematically analyzing current pattern of blood support and elaborating the advantage and disadvantage and indication and comprehensive assessment of three autologous blood storage(preoperative autologous transfusion,hemodilution of autologous transfusion and salvaged autologous transfusion),a brand-new management for changing or supplementing current modes of blood support must be raised.The research content is made up of: Part one.On the basis of literature research for conditions of domestic and overseas blood tank this questionnaire survey for public knowledge,attitude and practicewas conducted and feasible research was conducted for healthy people of autologous blood storage.Based on KAP theory the questionnaire for healthy people autologous blood storage of cognition survey was designed scientifically.From Nov.2014 to Mar.2015 the voluntary blood donors from all PLA blood tanks in Chengdu were chosen to be research subject for on-site survey.Part two.On the basis of researches on cognition for the autologous blood storage of healthy people,literature research and on-site survey and professor consultation were used to build the framework of blood support mode,primarily structuring new strategies of blood support for healthy people of autologous blood storage.Part three.Following the establishment of basic mode of healthy people autologous blood storage,the will,practice and motivation of this group of people(healthy people of autologous blood storage)were analyzed to explore positive and negative factors of influencing people’s behavior and find out their considerations,further promoting publicity and making blood donation work well.Structuring new strategies of blood support for healthy people of autologous blood storagewas aimed to proposing and establishing scientific and available new mode of blood support for providing references for building storage facility of healthy people of erythrocyte by cryopreservation.By the strategies on blood support and empirical analysis for PLA Chengdu blood tanks new strategies were verified.Through analysis and assessment from professors,conclusions were: First,Surveyresults manifested: profession,educational degree and blood-donation history had the impact on legislation and knowledge of autologous blood storage;gender,marriage,profession,educational degree and blood-donation history would affect the willingness of autologous blood storage;negative factors influencing the crowd’s motivation were poor health,fearing pain,worrying hemorrhage,etc.establishing the mode of healthy people of autologous blood storage was accepted by many people,which was feasible.Structuring the strategy for healthy people of autologous blood storage needed strengthening management and education and publicity.Not only rigorous facilities,blood and management process for personnel were prepared,but also improving the consciousness and cognitive ability of the public was necessary by various channels,which aims at making the public know that healthy people of autologous blood storage is one potential mode of blood support.Second,Survey results showed: age,marriage,profession,transfusion history and income would influence the willingness of autologous blood storage;Transfusion history and age had an impact on the behavior of autologous blood storage;gender,marriage,profession,income and educational level had little impact on the behavior of autologous blood storage.Furthermore,the ones who had transfusion history were easier for healthy people of autologous blood storage;age range could broaden from 18-55 years old.Through statistical analysis the reason for autologous blood storage was blood-using security and potential use for blood in the future while no willingness for autologous blood storage was related with physical health,particularly the potential expenditure.Therefore,improving broadcasting or education is to strengthen the sense of security of blood using while governmental support is imperative.Third,After empirical analysis and comparison the influencing factors of healthy people of autologous erythrocyte by cryopreservation storage facility and Rh(D)negative allogenic erythrocyte by cryopreservation storage facility were different.Profession,educational level,transfusion history,marriage and blood donation history had a big impact on allogenic blood storage;age,gender and income had little impact on allogenic blood storage.Therefore,building the storage facility of healthy people of erythrocyte by cryopreservation is in accordance with law,which could cope with current problems from blood support if blood demand was satisfying.Absolutely,according to the practical need for building storage facility,broadcasting and education is necessary by the basic information of the crowd.This research raises the new mode of blood support for autologous blood storage and by empirical analysis and researches primarily builds the mode of information management development path,significantly improving current blood support mode.Instead,confined to traditional transfusion mode for improvement and development,especially continuing to using traditional blood storage mode to build blood tank,still have some shortcomings and further study should be verified. |
