Water is the valuable resources for human’s survival,water safety affect the livelihood of the country and every family.China is a country of serious water shortage,in recent years,China’s population increased sharply,with industrialization,a large number of wastewater was dump into the rivers and sea.With pollution increased,the type and concentration of pollutants residues in water increasing,seriously threaten human’s health.Conventional water quality detection methods in the detection accuracy and the test parameter range has been unable to meet the requirements.With the development of optical and electronic technology,more and more water quality detection method is proposed and applied to the water quality detect products.The current water testing instruments the detection method also has some shortages,The concentration of chemical constituents in water can’t be detect rapidly and the instrument have complex structure.This research is in the trend of water testing instrument development intelligent and miniaturization,research the existing detection method and a method of by using method of color sensor and fast test tube solution concentration detection is proposed,a set of water detection system is designed for detection of the color of the solution,research the relationship between the color of the solution and concentration.Actually the color test parameters linearly with the concentration and the result is consistent,it confirmed the detection method is correct.For the relationship between color and concentration establish database to meet a variety of parameters testing requirements.This paper proposed the optical rapid water detection scheme based on Lambert-Bill law to meet the requirement of instrument technical to achieve fast,small,multi parameter.In order to achieve the design target of the system,use the white LED as the light source,optical spectrum rapid detection scheme colorimetric analysis method,detect various of chemical substances in water.The water testing instrument analysis principle and structure,put forward the overall scheme of solution concentration test.The hardware design uses the modular design idea in determining the test scheme based on the combination of new color sensor TCS3200 and STM32F107 MCU on the KBC rapid test tube solution chrominance detection.Finally,MCU programming,write the MIUI program and other function module driver.After testing,the method detect rapidly and accurate for various residues in water.
