| Currently, stainless steel and titanium alloy bone plate is mainly clinical fixed implant. Although these bone plates can promote bone healing and play an important role in strengthening internal fixation, they will give patients a sense of weight and the damage of reoperation. However, the bone density of magnesium alloy and human bone is similar and magnesium can be absorbed by the human body, promoting bone’s growth, no sense of weight. Then it reduces injury of the secondary surgery. Therefore, by analyzing the flow field of magnesium alloy bone plate and broken bones, this paper researches the flow and distribution of tissue fluid of carrying pharmaceutical and the effects of the tissue fluid flow conditions of different types of texture of magnesium alloy bone plate surface. At the same time, this paper designs and optimizes the structure of the texture by analyzing tissue flow field of having texture or not.After analysis and calculation, three kinds of magnesium alloy plate surface texture is designed. They are square, hemispherical and hexagon. By adding the texture at the surface of the magnesium alloy bone plate, this can increase contact area between the magnesium alloy bone plate and the tibial bone, while increasing the drug loading of the surface of the bone plate of magnesium alloy. This article lays a solid foundation for future optimization and analysis of magnesium alloy bone plate surface texture by making mathematical modeling of magnesium alloy bone plate surface flow field and by calculating and analyzing the speed, pressure and shear stress of the flow field.This paper analyzes the flow field analysis of magnesium alloy bone plate surface interstitial fluid and the two-phase flow of drug composition. By comparing two – phase of the bone plate flow field with the bone plate of no texture of square, hemispherical, three kinds of single hexagon texture, it is concluded that surface texture of magnesium alloy plate flow field velocity, pressure, shear stress is large. It can promote the bone healing. Especially on the flow field of the three single texture, magnesium alloy bone plate of the hemispherical texture is better to promote human bone healing rate. The analysis of the flow field of the single texture laid a solid foundation for later surface texture’s optimization. Then through the comparative analysis of single texture hemispherical flow field and flow field of the hemispherical texture, I found that more texture flow field is similar to single texture flow field and results comparing the finite element analysis results and the numerical calculation results show hemispherical texture applied to magnesium alloy plate is reasonable with the error in the scope of the permit.The tissue fluid and drug are taken as a kind of flow field which analyzes hemispherical texture of the surface of magnesium alloy bone plate. By changing the hemispherical texture’s depth- diameter ratios to optimize hemispherical texture, analyzing the hemispherical flow field after changing deep – diameter, and taking analysis and comparison for the velocity, shear stress and stress of flow field, it is concluded that hemispherical texture used by deep-diameter being 1:2 ratio can promote the growth of bone and the recovery of the human body when considering the allowed range and comparing results of finite element analysis with numerical results. Finally, by analyzing fluid-solid interaction, it is concluded that magnesium alloy plate add surface texture meet the strength’s requirements. |
