Objective: To explore the change of serum stromal interaction molecules 1(STIM1)in the people with hypertension combining acute coronary syndrome.Method: All observation subjects in this study were enrolled from the 2nd Hospital of Dalian Medical University during December 2015 to January 2016.The patients were divided into three groups:control group(A group,N=25),primary hypertension(B group,N=30),primary hypertension combining acute coronary syndrome(C group,N=30).Patients information including age, height, weight, smoking history, family history and blood pressure was collected and body mass index(BMI)was calculated. The venous blood on the first day when the patients admitted in hospital to detect blood routine, emergency renal function, myocardial marker,D-dimer,brain natriuretic peptide, emergency electrolyte, blood glucose,etc.12 hours of fasting peripheral venous blood was collected for detecting fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, insulin, thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH)and blood lipids, liver function and renal function on the second day.According to the image of coronary artery angiography, the number of vascular lesions was recorded and the Gensini score was calculated, after the PCI the number and the length of implanted stent were also recorded. The serum stromal interaction molecules 1 and NO among different groups were analyzed by ELISA method.SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The expression level of STIM1 in patients with hypertension(410.26±71.86 and 607.69±108.89),inclouding B group and C group, was significantly higher than that in control(339.53±66.39)(P<0.05).2.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression level of STIM1 was positively correlated with Gensini Score(R=0.836,P<0.05).While the level of STIM1 was negatively correlatied with left ventricular ejection fraction(R=-0.333,P<0.05)and NO(R=-0.768,P<0.05).3.Univariate Logistic regression analysis showed that sex(OR=0.010),smoking(OR=3.656),WBC(OR=1.236),Apo A1(OR=0.014),Scr(OR=1.033),ALT(OR=1.043),NO(OR=0.965)and STIM1(OR=1.023)were risk factors for ACS(P<0.05).In addition, multivariable Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking(OR=6.656)and STIM1(OR=1.026)were associated with ACS(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression level of STIM1 in patient with hypertension was higher than in control.2.The STIM1 associated with coronary heart disease. And the expression level of STIM1 was positively correlated with Gensini Score, which indicated that the expression level of STIM1 might reflect the severity of coronary artery lesions.3.The expression level of STIM1 were negatively correlatied with NO,that indicated that the expression level of STIM1 might reflect the endothelial function.
