Objective:To investigate the correlation of NT-proBNP, serum lactic acid, PCT, APACHE Ⅱ score and prognosis of septic shock. Methods:This study is a prospective study.60 cases of septic shock were selected from the intensive care unit of the first people’s hospital of Jining. The data of NT-proBNP, blood lactic acid, PCT value of 0h/6h/24h/72h and APACHE score of 24 hours after diagnosis of septic shock were recorded. The correlation of plasma NT-proBNP levels, blood lactate and PCT levels is analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software, and the NT-proBNP levels are compared in the two groups. Results:Over time of treatment, the levels of blood lactate and PCT have decreased in the survival group; and the levels of blood lactate did not decrease significantly in the death group, the levels of PCT increased, especially after 72h of treatment were particularly evident. In the death group, the APACHE Ⅱ score was significantly higher than that in the survival group. After 0h/6h/24h/72h of treatment plasma NT-proBNP levels respectively, and the levels of blood lactic acid, PCT corresponding treatment time and the APACHE Ⅱ score were positively related. In 0h/6h/24h/72h of Treatment, the plasma level of NT-proBNP in the death group, is significantly greater than that in the survival group. Conclusions:The blood lactic acid, PCT and APACHE Ⅱ score being assessed the prognosis of patients with septic shock, which has a certain clinical value. The plasma NT-proBNP levels and blood lactic acid, PCT and APACHE Ⅱ score has a good correlation. The plasma NT-proBNP levels being assessed the prognosis of septic shock patients, which has a certain guiding role.
