research objectiveThe clinical control study,observation of cervical spondylosis patients on the basis of routine nursing care by tradition al Chinese medicine steaming and washing,acupoint massage and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with acupoint massage on cervical spondylosis intervention effect,data and analysis of the effect of nursing and explore the scientific and effective cervical spondylosis conservative treatment in patients with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program research methodThis research adopts the method of convenience sampling from a hospital in Wuhan city in September 2014-2015 year in August admitted 160 cases of cervical spondylosis as the study object.According to the principle of randomized controlled,according to the sequence of the hospitalized patients,will meet the inclusion criteria of 160 cases of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into four groups,each group had 40 cases,respectively in the control group,experimental group A,Bin the experimental group,experimental group C.In the hospital routine in patients with cervical spondylosis of basic nursing,the control group did not receive any other nursing intervention,the experimental group a given Chinese medicine fumigati on intervention,the experimental group B treated with acupoint massage intervention,the experimental group C given Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis intervention.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS),Tanaka Jing Long cervical spondylosis symptoms table table 20 points method and neck disability index in patients admitted to the hospital on the same day and two weeks after nursing intervention were scored and the nursing effect evaluation of patients with cervical spondylosis.All data will be entered into the statistical software SPSS19.0 for data analysis,and finally come to the conclusion that.Result1.Before the experiment,four groups of patients with general information,pain visual simulation score(VAS)and Tanaka Jing Long cervical spondylosis amount in table 20 points method and neck disability index scale of the score difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);2.After the test,the four groups of patients with pain on a visual simulation score(VAS)and neck disability index scale,were lower than before the test score,the difference has stat istical significance(P < 0.05);Tanaka Yasushi long cervicals pondylosis symptoms table 20 points higher than that before the test scores,the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05);3.After the test,the pain visual simulation score(VAS),Tanaka Jing Long cervical spondylosis symptoms table 20 points method and neck disability index scale score between the two groups,experimental group C and the other three groups score difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.After trials,the clinical efficacy of the four groups wascompared,the test group C and the other three groups had statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).conclusion1.In the patients with cervical spondylosis by hospital routine nursing mode based on,for patients using traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,massage or traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined withacupoint massage intervention on patients with cervical spondylosis and achieved certain nursing effect.(P<0.05)2.single use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation or acupuncture point massage,cervical spondylosis patients with considerable care.(P>0.05)3.combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and acupoint massage method compared to a single method for the treatment of cervical spondylosis patients more significant,more can improve the clinical efficacy.(P<0.05)...
