Study Of The Coronary Heart Disease Of The TCM Syndromes’s Distribution Characteristics And It Correlation Of The Extent Of The Coronary Lesions

Objective:Through to the statistical analysis of coronary heart disease patients with Chinese medicine disease syndrome elements of blood stasis, phlegm, deficiency of qi, stagnation of the circulation of qi, yang deficiency of, yin deficiency of, blood deficiency, and the Chinese medicine dialectical type of blood stasis due to qi deficiency, cariac blood stasis, yin deficiency of the heart and kidney,,qi and yin deficiency, yang deficiency of the heart and kidney, studied its distribution rule and the correlation with the degree of coronary artery lesion. In order to provide Reference for TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical evaluation of coronary heart disease.Methods: Collected from Hubei Province Chinese medicine hospital between March and August 2015 to 2016 admitted in the Department of Cardiology in 60 cases of patients with clinical data, the of TCM syndrome differentiation and typing, underwent coronary angiography, the statistical analysis of the data obtained using the SPSS17.0 software system.Results: 1, in the 60 cases of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) single disease syndrome prime frequency in turn is blood stasis > qi deficiency > and stagnation of qi, phlegm > Yang deficiency > Yin deficiency syndrome > blood deficiency, blood stasis syndrome appears the highest frequency. 2, the distribution of the most widely distributed in the disease syndrome elements is the heart, the other syndrome elements distribution in turn is the heart > spleen >kidney > liver>lung. 3, coronary heart disease patients with different TCM syndrome types of single syndrome elements: qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome patients with qi deficiency, blood stasis mainly, some patients with Yang deficiency syndrome and phlegm turbidity syndrome of some clinical symptoms. Deficiency of kidney yang deficiency syndrome is mainly due to deficiency of Qi and yang. Coronary angiography in patients with severe stenosis and multiple lesions in patients with phlegm syndrome is more common.Conclusions: Any heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney organs function disorders may lead to obstruction of the occurrence, the chest of occurrence and the physical function of the heart of the dysfunctional relationship most closely. In patients with coronary heart disease and blood stasis disease syndrome is the most common TCM syndromes, Qi deficiency and blood stasis is the most common. Blood stasis is always an important pathological factor in the development of coronary heart disease. The initial stage of atherosclerosis, blood stasis, qi stagnation, Qi deficiency plays an important role. However, in the development of coronary atherosclerosis, the role of phlegm turbidity in the development of mild stenosis to severe stenosis, single vessel disease to multiple lesions is gradually highlighted. TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis as the most common types of syndrome and more than one and one. The present study are found to with the severity of coronary artery stenosis and the TCM syndrome types appeared by changes in blood stasis, Qi deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm of heart vein, also with the increase in the number of diseased coronary arteries, which the TCM syndrome types appeared by the changes of blood stasis, Qi deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm heart arteries and veins.
