| Objective:Through detecting the expression of helper T cells and related cytokines in the peripheral blood with recurrent oral ulcer (ROU) patients, to investigate role of occurrence and development of the ROU, for further exploring the pathogenesis of ROU. And provide more effective method for further treatment of ROU.Methods:The peripheral blood was obtained from 21 patients in active stage of ROU and 21 healthy controls. Flow cytometry was used to detect the quantity of IFN-γR, IL-12R in CD4+T cells in the blood, ELISA was used to detect the level of expression of sIL-2R, IL-12.Results:The expression of IFN-γR, IL-12R on CD4+T cells was higher in the patients with ROU(P<0.05), sIL-2 content was significantly higher than those in the healthy controls(P<0.05) and IL-12 content was significantly lower than those in the healthy controls(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.This study demonstrates that level of expression of IFN-γR, IL-12R on CD4+T cells was higher than that in normal controls, the both factors as the basis of susceptible to molecular of IL-12 and IFN-γ in CD4+T cells,to increase the sensitivity of IL-12 and IFN-γ that involved in immune pathology; 2. The results of this study show that sIL-2 content was significantly higher than those in the healthy controls and IL-12 content was significantly lower than those in the healthy controls. The study proved that IL-12 and its receptor and IFN-γR and sIL-2R in ROU patients plays an important role and function of imbalance of immunity and the abnormal T cell activation, suggesting that the cytokines disorders may be play an important role of Th immune imbalance, we can take this as a breakthrough point and have an appropriate immune interventions conducted. |
