Background and Objective:As the aggravating trend of aging and osteoporosis population, the incidence of distal radius fractures is on the rise. The clinical disease of orthopedics is also closely connected with the iconography.X-ray can make a definite diagnosis and guide treatment for the simple distal radius fractures. However, doctors can be disturbed badly to make accurate judgment in the first time, such as the injury, stability of the fracture when it comes to sever injure and comminution, which includes the loss, compression, insertion, rotation and overlap of the fragment and the injury of ligament. To solve this issue,we need both the anteroposterior, lateral and oblique X-ray and CT scan.We study the clinical value of the anteroposterior, lateral and oblique X-ray and CT three-dimensional reconstruction, and compare advantages and disadvantages of the three methods,to provide references for clinical treatment of distal radius fratcures. Methods:Collecting the patients who are diagnosised and treated during the distal radial fractures in outpatient of Chinese medicine hospital of jiangsu province form September 2013 to February 2015.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria data, seleCT 30 patients and 32 distal radial fractures who meet up with the standards of cases material, the patients’ radiological material includes the X-ray and CT three-dimensional reconstruction.According to the distal radial fractures of the AO classification,we compare the results in iconography, measure the clinical data we select with the SPSS 16.0 software.Compare advantages and disadvantages of the three methods, and provide references for clinical treatment of distal radius fractures. Results:We study advantages and disadvantages of the three methods by compare the site, number of the fracture and the AO classification. We find the accuracy of CT is higher than X-ray in the site, number of the fracture and the AO classification,it can reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis due to objective factor.Limited by the plane space,X-ray’s sensitivity decreased and the result could be an illusion exists in hidden, suspicious and closed fracture. Spiral CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction have obvious comparative advantage in judging these illusions, and the compared with X-ray are statistically analyzed,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conelusions:X-ray’s result could be an illusion and exist in hidden, suspicious and closed fracture. The application value of multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction is outstanding during the diagnosis and treatment of the complex of the distal radius fracture. It can provide the support and complement, even the last line of defense for the anteroposterior, lateral and oblique X-ray.lots of the medical accident is caused by fault diagnosis and misdiagnosis,as the continuous improvement of the iconography, doctors should convince patients to take the spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction if necessary if they have historys of trauma, positive signs or controversial results of X-ray.To provide the superior service, reduce medical accident caused by fault diagnosis and misdiagnosis.During the selection of the cases,we find the report of spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction before the operation consistent with what we observe in surgery vision during the process of operation. Therefore, the CT scan is closer to the clinical practice. There is plenty of treatment of distal radius fractures, and as long as we make personalized treatment plan based on definite diagnosis, we can achieve the best treatment effect and the minimum of wrist joint function recovery.
