Neck Pain Capsule In The Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type Of Cervical Spondylosis (Blood Stasis Resistance Network Card) Clinical Obserbation

Purpose: Through the neck pain capsule treating blood stasis resistance winding type vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis clinical research,for the treatment of the disease to provide an effective method of treatment.Neck pain to observe curative effect of capsule in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,and carries on the clinical summary and curative effect analysis,to explore the pathogenesis and treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis in the correct indications for the drug in clinical use,give the orthopaedic clinical doctors in the future treatment options in patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis and provide a new solution in the process of drug treatment.Method: From changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital,72 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients blood stasis resistance winding type single blind random divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.Observation group oral capsule of neck pain treatment,the control group oral neck convalescent treatment of particles.10 days for a period of treatment,two groups of a course of 20 days.Result: 72 patients respectively for oral capsule oral neck pain and neck convalescent capsule,oral capsule in patients with neck pain treatment group and control group with oral neck convalescent particles have obvious difference,the treatment group(P < 0.01),the control group(P < 0.05),the effect of treatment of the former is superior to the latter treatment effect.Conclusion: Vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients,after using the neck pain capsule treatment can get good clinical curative effect and treatment for the purpose,and is worth further promotion.
