Objective:To investigate the influence of nonionic iso-osmotic contrast media Iodixanol and nonionic low osmolar contrast media Iohexol,Ioversol on Thrombin-activatable fibrinolysis inhibitor(TAFI)and other coagulation parameters of patients undergoing coronary angiography. To explore that clinically significance of effects on coagulation between two classes ofcontrast agents. Methods:All 148 patients who underwent coronary angiography(CAG)from January 2015 to January 2016 in the cardiology department of the People,s Hospital of Liaoning Province were included in the study.98 men,50 women, mean age(59.43±9.00)years.All patients were randomised grouped in the Iodixanol group and low osmolar contrast media group. All patients have been operated in accordance with standard coronary angiography. They have been recorded that patients, general condition, dosage of contrast media, the results of coronary angiography,in hospital the major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)after the end of the procedure. All patients, blood samples were drawn in cubital veins before and after the end of cardiac catheterisation. The parameters were activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin activable fibrinolysis inhibitor(TAFI).To analysis the effect on coagulation between two classes of contrast agents and its clinically significance.Results:(1)The difference in baseline data did not differ for the two groups.(2)There were no difference in APTT,PT,TT,FIB after the use of both contrast agents. It had nostatistical difference. The APTT,TT slightly fall after injecting low osmolar contrast media, but But there was no statistical difference.(3)There was no difference(APTT,PT,TT,FIB)between the two groups after cardiac catheter angiography.(4)The TAFI rose markly after low osmolar contrast media. The difference was statistically significant(15.88±3.50 vs 17.62±3.02μg/m L,P<0.05).(5)The TAFI did not change after either Iodixanol(15.75±3.67 VS 15.76±3.60μg/m L,P>0.05).(6)The difference in the TAFI levels after coronary angiography differed markedly for the two groups.(7)The difference in the major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)did not differ for the two groups.Conclusions:1.Iodixanol has a little effect on the coagulation indexes of patients.Low osmolar contrast media affected blood coagulation indexs of patients with a certain degree.2.Compared with iodixanol, the levels of TAFI rose after low osmolar contrast media of patients, and non-ionic CM are associated with increased thrombus formation.3.The difference in the major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)did not differ between Iodixanol and low osmolar contrast media.4.The clinically significance related to the effect of low osmolar contrast media is still needed to be futher studied. |
