| Objective: Through the observation of Qin Liansheng muscle Yuyang decoction combined with triple therapy of Western medicine for spleen stomach damp heat syndrome of HP positive and severe erosive gastritis patients with clinical symptoms and endoscopic erosion healing effect and HP clearance rate of improvement,in order to assess Qin Liansheng muscle more sore soup of erosive gastritis treated effect.Method: 1.Research object: collected since February 2015 to 2016 February in outpatients of the mentor of 42 cases,all within 1 week diagnosed by endoscopy for chronic erosive gastritis,and by 13 C urea breath test in the diagnosis of HP positive.At the same time,according to the standard of TCM diagnosis for chronic gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat type.The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group 21 cases and control group 21 cases,two groups of patients in the age,sex,course of disease and clinical symptoms were no significant difference.2.The treatment method: in the treatment group and the control group were the first to be standard triple therapy: pantoprazole sodium enteric coated capsules 40 mg,2 times a day;clarithromycin 500 mg,2 times a day;amoxicillin capsule 1.0 g,2 times a day;a total of 10 days.After 10 days,the control group continued taking pantoprazole sodium enteric coated capsules for 4 weeks.Treatment group changed service Chinese medicine Scutellaria Liansheng muscle Yuyang decoction,every 7 days for a course of treatment,taking a total of four courses.3.Outcome measures: comparison of clinical symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment group and the group;two groups after treatment between the clinical syndrome curative effect comparison;comparison between the two groups after treatment under gastroscope erosive gastritis classification and erosion in the healing;between the two groups after treatment HP negative rate comparison;4.Statistical analysis methods: the collected data using SPSS 20.0 statistical software for analysis and for the measurement data,the treatment group before and after compared with paired samples t test and between groups compared with independent sample t test;count data by using X L test and rank sum test.Results <0.05 P was statistically significant;<0.01 P indicated that there was a significant difference;>0.05 P indicated no statistical significance.Result: 1.before treatment,the gender,age,course of disease and syndrome effect of the two groups were not statistically different.2.he contrast between the two groups after treatment clinical syndromes,21 cases in the treatment group,1 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,4 cases ineffective,effective rate was 81%;control group(21 cases),0 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,8 cases ineffective,effective rate was 62%.After the independent sample rank sum test,P < 0.05,suggested that the clinical symptoms were statistically different.3.Comparison between the two groups treatment after endoscopic erosion healing,treatment group(21 cases),2 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,effective 13 cases,invalid in 2 cases,efficiency 90.47%;21 cases in the control group,2 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,invalid 5 cases.The total effective rate was 76.19%.After the rank sum test of independent samples,P > 0.05,two groups of treatment showed no significant difference in the curative effect of endoscopic erosion healing,but the treatment group was more efficient than the control group.Conclusion: Myogenic Yuyang decoction is the experience of Hubei Province Chinese medicine master Professor Jie Mei Zhang and,based on this,the mentor of Coptis chinensis and Radix Scutellariae in treatment of erosive gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome,clinical observation showed it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with,for the HP positive patients,in the triple therapy based on the use,to improve the eradication rate of HP and promote endoscopic erosive healing.Especially in the improvement of clinical symptoms,the utility is better than that of pantoprazole is effective in treating erosive gastritis. |
