medicine,to summarized Professor Xu Changwei’s unique academic view and clinical experience in orthopedics and traumatdogy,is for thepurpose of speeding up the talent training,improveing the level of difficulty disease diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,promoting TCM academic progress.Method:Under the big background of the old Chinese medicine experts’ academic experience inheritance work,In the three years with architect of the study,through the division of outpatient service and wards center;and had a refining,of classical study of TCM,seminar,finishing methods such as typical cases,Such as the angle in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation method,and combining the theoretical knowledge of modern medical science,on the basis of clinical diagnosis and treatment practice,the professor Xu Changwei’s academic thoughts in orthopedics and traumatdogy and clinical experience,carries on the analysis,sorting,mining,refining,inheritance.Result:In this paper,starting from the lumbar disc herniation,Use the experience of one point to lead the whole area,a summary of the features and originality on manipulation treatment.This thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is the Professor Xu Changwei’s clinical experience summary of manipulation treatment combined with summarized in two categories of conditioning and reduction techniques.Conditioning technique is summed up the three steps:(1)the palm and knead technique;(2)Point and press technique;(3)wipe and pat technique;reduction technique is divided into six kinds:(1)sit rotary reset method;(2)prone position rotation reduction method;(3)lateral rotation reduction method;(4)the lateral position of rotatory
