| Objective: to compare clinical effects and to evaluate their safety of ropivacaine combined with chloroprocaine to ropivacaine on femoral nerve block of the arthroscopic surgerMethods: 40 patients in the second people’s hospital in dalian undergoing the arthroscopic surger were selected,aged 25-70,ASAⅠ--Ⅱ,24 female with 16 male,weight 40-90 Kg in it.We randomly devided the patients into ropivacaine combined with chloroprocaine group(experimental group)and ropivacaine group(control group)with 20 cases in each group.All patients were monitored when entering the operating room,inhaled oxygen through nasal catheter 2L/min and opened the vein channel and received sufentanil 5μg and midzola 1mg i.v.All patients were received femoral nerve block by the same anesthesiologist.Under the guide of ultrasoud and the auxiliary nerve stimulator,a total of 30 ml,3% chloroprocaine 15ml+1% ropivacaine 15 ml were used in femoral nerve block in the experimental group,a total of 30 ml,0.9% Nacl 15 ml +1% ropivacaine 15 ml were used in the control group。BP,HR,SpO2,the changes of breathing,circulation system were observed before anesthesia(T0),10 minutes after anesthesia(T1),20 minutes after anesthesia(T2),30 minutes after anesthesia(T3).Record ontime time、 motion block time 、 pain recovery time、motion recovery time、degree of muscle relaxation 、intraoperative adverse reactions(such as bradycardia,nausea and vomiting,etc)or anesthesia related complications.Results: The onset time,pain free time of femoral nerve block in the experimental group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).motor block time,pain recovery time and degree of muscle relaxant of femoral nerve block between two groups had no statistical difference(P > 0.05).the vital signs(BP,HR、SpO2)at the same time comparing in the two groups had no statistical differences(P > 0.05).Bp、HR、SpO2 comparing in the two groups before anesthesia puncture(T0),10 minutes after the completion of anesthesia(T1),20 minutes after the completion of anesthesia(T2),30 minutes after anesthesia(T3)of had no statistical difference(P > 0.05).There were no adverse reactions or related complications in all patients。Conclusion: Onset time of 0.5% ropivacaine combined with 1.5% chlopivacaine group for femoral nerve block was shorter than 0.5% ropivacaine group,motion and sensory blocgage effect are satisfied in both group。Both groups are clinical safety in femoral nerve block of arthroscopic surger. |
