Objective:Immune thrombocytopenia(Immune thrombocytopenic purpura ITP) is a kind of acquired Immune mediated hemorrhagic disease.The pathogenesis of ITP include its antigen Immune tolerance, platelet reduce and increased platelet destruction. Interleukin 11 part is made up of hematopoietic microenvironment stromal cells and mesenchymal cells to produce pleiotropic cytokine.It promote hemopoietic stem cells mature and shorten the hematopoietic stem cells in G0,and for different stages of the megakaryocyte and platelet production has stimulative effect and inhibit inflammation factors INF- gamma and TNF alpha.Through the retrospective analysis of blood count influence on the curative effect and prognosis of immune thrombocytopenia;Evaluating the effect of hormone joint IL- 11 for the treatment of ITP. Methods:we selected 2010.7-2014.4 125 hospitalized cases of ITP.Through the above clinical data,we understand the ITP epidemiology, clinical features, Efficacy and adverse reactions。 Results:1.In severe group, CR rate between hormone combination of interleukin 11 and use hormone group have statistically significant(P = 0.046 < 0.05).2. Hormones combined interleukin 11 group, CR rate of sever grroup is higher than non severe group,(P = 0.017 < 0.05).Indicates that hormone interleukin 11 effectively improve CR rate in patients with severe ITP group.3. Using hormone therapy group,the number of blood cells(white blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets) before the treatment are associated with platelet count after treatment.4. Joint interleukin 11 groups of hormone,white blood cell counts before the treatment have a negative correlation with platelet counts that after treatment,also platelet platelet counts before treatment have a negative correlation with platelet counts that after treatment, 5. The group that joint interleukin 11 groups of hormone therapy indicate hemoglobin counts that before treatment have no correlation with platelet counts that after treatment Conclusion:1. Hormones combined interleukin 11 may can improve the CR rate of severe patients with ITP.2. In the group of hormones combined interleukin 11,white blood cell counts and platelet counts which before treatment have a negative correlation with platelet platelet counts that after treatment.3. In the group of hormones combined interleukin 11,hemoglobin and platelet counts that before treatment have no correlation with platelet platelet counts that after treatment.
