| Objective:Observation of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on traumatic shock in rats liver function, renal function and inflammatory factors related to the physiological function of, and from the histological qualitative grasp of traumatic shock and hyperbaric oxygen treatment on histopathologic changes, for the clinical first aid provide theoretical thinking and reference.Method:Will SD rats were randomly assigned to three groups: normal control group, model group and treatment group. Each group is 24 SD rats, model group for traumatic shock, treatment group with hyperbaric oxygen treatment group 1, 24 hours later, all rats was measured liver function, renal function and inflammatory factors index. At the same time, rat lung, liver, kidney and intestinal tissue sections hematoxylin eosin staining, to observe all relevant tissue injury and inflammatory cell infiltration. Statistical analysis of the physiological indicators using the variance analysis, two two compared with the SNK method of Q test, histopathological observation using qualitative method to describe the results of the observation.Results:(1)the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on liver function: control group of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels were significantly lower than those in the model group and the treatment group(P < 0.05), model group were significantly higher than those of the treatment group(P < 0.05); in the control group of direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, total bilirubin pigment were significantly lower than those in the model group and the treatment group(P < 0.05), and model group were significantly higher than those of the treatment group(P < 0.05). The effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on albumin, globulin and total protein in rats with traumatic shock. Control group, model group and treatment group between the three groups of albumin, globulin and total protein no statistical difference(P>0.05).(2) the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on renal function: the level of creatinine and urea nitrogen in control group was significantly lower than that in model group and treatment group(P<0.05), and model group was significantly higher than that in treatment group(P<0.05).(3) of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on inflammatory factors influence: control group, levels of TNF-a was significantly lower than that in the model group and the treatment group(P < 0.05), model group of TNF alpha(5.879 + 4) was significantly higher than that of the treatment group(43.61 + 2.73)(P < 0.05); in the control group, the liver and kidney MDA levels were significantly lower than that of the model group and the treatment group(P < 0.05), model group were significantly higher than those of the treatment group(P < 0.05); the control group of liver and kidney SOD levels were significantly higher than those in the model group and the treatment group(P < 0.05), model group were significantly lower than in the treatment group(mice + 9.84)(P < 0.05).(4) hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the histopathological change: groups of lung, liver, kidney, ileum morphological changes after strict contrast found, model group and treatment group, the lung, liver, kidney, ileum were different degree of pathological injury, but the treatment group tissue pathological damage were significantly lighter than that of model group.Conclusion:(1) hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a significant improvement in liver function in rats with traumatic shock. Mainly reflected in short-term indicators of improvement is more obvious, such as transaminase, bilirubin, but the embodiment of the long-term indicators of liver function, effect is not obvious, such as albumin, globulin and total protein had no change, which may and the study observation period only 24 hours about.(2) hyperbaric oxygen therapy on renal function in rats with traumatic shock.Traumatic shock can promote the increase of creatinine and urea, which can damage the renal function, but the hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a certain effect on the repair of creatinine and urea in rats.(3) hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a significant effect on the inflammatory factors in traumatic shock rats. Traumatic shock can promote rat TNF alpha, liver and kidney MDA increased, the inhibition in rat liver and kidney SOD increased, so that lipid peroxidation, damage to the cell membrane, causing inflammation, tumor and autoimmune diseases and may prompt the body aging, but hyperbaric oxygen therapy can inhibition of rat TNF alpha, liver and kidney MDA generation, improve the SOD content in liver and kidney, so as to reduce the degree of inflammation and lipid peroxidation.(4) Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a significant improvement in the pathological changes of rats with traumatic shock. After traumatic shock, the lung, liver, kidney and ileum of rats showed different degrees of pathological damage, but the pathological damage of the treatment group was significantly less than that of the model group. |
