In order to alleviate the pressure of medical treatment and expensive medical cost,China is committed to accelerate the development of basic public health service.As an indispensable member of the public system in our country,community hospital has more important target.The goal of community hospital is to provide public welfare service to community residents.China is committed to improving the health care system in the process of the new urban medical and health reform and making for use the function which is closer to the residents and more convenience.Community hospitals can not only provide general treatment services,but also provide health care,epidemic prevention and other public health services for community residents.Therefore,it has great significance to develop the primary health care enterprise and to realize the public welfare functions by forming and optimizing of community hospital performance management system.Based on the research of the performance management and how to use the approach of performance management into hospital,to explore how to establish a reasonable and efficient performance management system in community hospital so that the hospital can give full play to the characteristics of public welfare and regulate the service behavior in improving the overall efficiency.The first part of this thesis introduces the research background,theoretical and practical significance in reality of community hospital performance management system,the research achievement related to this subject,the research methods,thinking and work targets.The second part summarizes the research achievement of performance management,as well as these achievement which is related to the research foundation of the community hospital performance management system.The third part mainly introduces those methods which are used in hospital performance management,on the performance of management includes the processes and analysis of the current situation of community hospital development andcurrent situation of carrying out performance management,for the following specific analysis on existing problems to provide the background support.The fourth part introduces basic situation and management status of QL community hospital,pointed out the question which exists in the work and management of the QL community hospital.The fifth part is to construct the performance management system of QL community hospital,through the combination of KPI and BSC method,to select the prominent role of KPI,to determine the score of each index reasonably,and to evaluate and feedback the performance management effects.The last part is the research conclusion of performance management system and putting forward several relevant suggestions. |
