Study To Construct The Standardized Nursing Language In The Ankle Joint Pain

Objective According to actual survey data,a large number of documents and standardized nursing language,formulate nursing diagnosis,nursing outcomes and nursing measures in order to discuss the standardized nursing language in the ankle joint pain,to provide a reference for nursing research.Methods After reviewing a large number of relevant literature and materials,introducing standardized nursing language,consulting care experts and research group discussions,initially built ankle pain standardized nursing language system.16 experts,two round expert questionnaires and two anonymous expert advice in Delphi method,the research team pooled analysis of the results of each round of expert advice and based on Likert scale of 5 and Fehring model test to determine the final construct ankle pain standardized nursing language system.Using Microsoft Excel 2015 software to establish a database entry and SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis to calculate the questionnaire Cronbach α,coefficient expert authority,coordination coefficient,the maximum value of each module entries,minimum,standard deviation,mean and coefficient of variation.Results Overall reliability coefficient Cronbach α = 0.700,the validity of the cumulative contribution rate of 76.761%,Cr = 0.78,Kendall’s W around 0.4 ~ 0.5,Delphi Method 2 expert consultation questionnaire recoveries were 100%,interview results are consistent rate of 96%.Includes 3 modules,1 module includes 3 entries,ankle pain nursing diagnosis,nursing outcomes and nursing measures,the minimum coefficient of variation of 0.070 and a maximum of 0.084,were <0.200;2 module includes 16 entries,a primary nursing diagnosis,3 secondary nursing diagnosis,3 primary nursing outcomes,3 secondary nursing outcomes,6 major nursing measures,the minimum coefficient of 0.070 and a maximum of 0.198,were <0.200;3 module includes 26 entries,a primary nursing diagnosis,5 primary care outcomes,6 secondary care outcomes,7primary nursing activities measures and 7 secondary nursing activities measures,the minimum coefficient of variation is 0.051 and a maximum of 0.156,were <0.200.Conclusions The initial establishment of a complete,systematic,objective and feasible ankle pain standardized nursing language is a prerequisite for further clinical applications,through ankle pain standardized nursing language learning,to improve nurses language understanding,enhance ankle pain care concept,promote the popularization.
