Objective:To study the correlation between the Long-term electroencephalogram classification, the typical EEG configuration and prognosis of patients,in order to find a more objective evaluation of the clinical prognosis of patients with severe cerebrovascular disease. Methods: The 90 cases of severe cerebral vascular disease in 4 Nerve sections and the intensive care unit of the Department, the affiliated Na tional Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2014 to O ctober 2015,were selected.According to the guidelines for prevention a nd treatment of cerebral vascular disease in China, without affecting the efficacy of the case, try to maintain a consistent treatment.Patients wi th cerebral infarction were treated with routine improvement of cerebral circulation, protection of nutrition and brain cells, dehydration and so on.Patients with cerebral hemorrhage were in the corresponding safety time window, the minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma. After the procedure, the conventional irrigation and lead to the pull outneedle were used, and the prognosis of the patients were followed up by telephone.Statistical general conditions such as age, gender, hyperte nsion, blood lipids, cerebrovascular disease type,GCS score,EEG classi fication and typical EEG,etc.Statistics21 SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the results. Results: 90 cases of patients with varying degrees of abnormal EEG.The grade I EEG for cases,EEG classification defined as EEG grade I I for a group,III group B,which grade V in the small number of cas es,definition of grade IV,V C,in which each group were compared t o the rate.c2=33.835,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically signi ficant. The EEG was divided into several common types according to t he configuration and the prognosis was observed.Prognosis in accordan ce with three levels of classification, statistics of each of the patients w ith brain electrical configuration prognosis,The slow wave type of 43 patients with,24 cases with good outcome,10 cases of adverse outcom e,9 cases died,5 cases outbreak inhibit wave type,1 case of adverse outcomes,4 cases died;24 cases of patients with EEG in epileptic seiz ure, among 16 cases with good outcome,6 cases had a poor prognosis,2 cases died;6 flat waveform,6 cases of death;2 cases in typical thr ee-phase wave type, and all died;spindle coma occurred in 5 cases,pa tient death.Among the 24 patients with epilepsy, there were only 6 pat ients with spastic epilepsy and 18 patients with non spastic epilepsy,By statistical calculation software,c2=7.071,P=0.008<0.05,there are sign ificant differences between the two groups. The correlation between diff use slow wave packet and the prognosis of patients: c2=5.065,P=0.024<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.EEG classification and GCS,the correlation coefficient was-0.788,p =0.000,EEG classificatio n and GCS score was significantly negative correlation,EEG classificati on and Glasgow score lower, the lower the score, the worse after the worse. The single factor analysis: gender P=0.749>0.05,age P=0.052>0.05,cerebrovascular disease type P=0.594>0.05,hypertension,P=0.702>0.05,blood lipid,P=0.439>0.05,were not statistically significant.Sex,ag e,type of cerebrovascular disease, hypertension and high blood lipids w ere not associated with the prognosis of patients, which was not signifi cantly associated with GCS score P=0.011<0.05,long range EEG classif ication P=0.026<0.05,have statistical significance.Description GCS scor e and long range EEG classification and the prognosis of patients close ly related to.GCS prediction of the prognosis of patients with accurate r ate of 71.11%,L-EEG prediction of the prognosis of patients with an a ccuracy rate of 80.00%.Conclusion(s): 1.There was a significant negative correlation betwee n long range EEG classification and prognosis. The higher the grade,th e worse the prognosis, and the accuracy is higher than GCS,the long range EEG can be used to assess the prognosis of patients with severe cerebral vascular disease.2.In patients with severe cerebral vascular disease, slow waves often s uggest that the prognosis is good, should be actively treated, while slo w wave frequency is faster, the prognosis is better.3.Long range EEG can be used as a diagnostic method for non spasti c epilepsy.4.Flat wave, three phase wave, the outbreak of inhibition of brain elec trical configuration patients with poor prognosis.
