Clinical Research Combined Duhuo Jisheng Decoction And PVP For Treating Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng Deco ction combined PVP used for treating Osteoporotic Vertebral Compressi on Fractures.Methods: Will choose PVP treatment of 60 cases of patients with 30 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation gro up of 30 cases.Basic treatment,control group patients give PVP posto perative observation group in the treatment group on the basis of living by giving Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.A course of a month,3 months of follow-up.According to ODI spinal score,VAS pain grading method,the recovery of vertebral body height,injured vertebral segment Cobb Angle and so on four aspects to observe,respectively before and after treatment 1 week,1 month,3 months compare and record the related d ata.Statistical analysis of the above data,measurement data using t test,counting data using x2 test,finally USES the SPSS20.0 statistical soft ware for data processing,statistical analysis with P < 0.05 as the stand ard was statistically significant.Results: All the selection operation of 30 cases were successful,postoperative patients with symptoms of nerve root sex,no leakage of bone cement,after follow-up nor secondary vertebral fractures.Two days after review X-ray showed bone cement has good dispersion,two groups of patients after treatment of clinical symptoms were improved,with obvious effects of observation group(P < 0.05).ODI score comparison of spine in both groups after treatment 1 week,1 month,3 months index preoperative significantly decreases,and compared between the two way,after treatment there was no statistically significant difference 1 week,1 month,3 months after treatment difference,the difference was statistically significant;Two groups of patients after 1 week,1 month,3 months of VAS indicators had obvious drop,1 week,1 month after treatment of VAS index did not see obvious difference,but in 3 months,observation group of patients with VAS score significantly lower than the control group patients,observation group of patients with VAS remission rate is significantly higher than the control group patients;Analysis of two groups of cases injured vertebral segment Cobb Angle in preoperatively,1 week after treatment,1 month,3 months of differences,the twoConclusion(s): Percutaneous vertebral plasty largely can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with vertebral compression fractures cause d by osteoporosis,and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined in postoper ative PVP can have better clinical curative effect.
