Objective:Ocular Acupuncture is the therapy which is originated by Peng-Jingshan professor who based on the theory of TCM of Five Orbiculi Eight Regions and combined with a large number of clinical practices.After decades of clinical application and development,the eight area and thirteen hole system of Ocular Acupuncture which undergo two big adjustments and changes is write in standardized manipulations of acupuncture and moxibustionPart 15: Ocular Acupuncture and issued for enforcement in 2009 in the end.Concept of eye disease knowledge is the important content of Ocular Acupuncture therapy and the important gist of Ocular Acupuncture acupoint selection.But it don’t cause the attention of generations of physicians and the related Clinical application and research is so little,which induce the literatures stay up to now so little and much viewpoint contradiction.So it is need to further explore and collation.Through the clinical observation,the study find that some patients clinical symptoms are obvious,but the white eyes context performance is not outstanding,which is not completely consistent with Eight profile internal partition;on the contrary,many healthy persons whose clinical symptom are not obvious or no completely have typical abnormal representation of the white eyes context.Through systematically and overally observing,collecting and studying the distribution regularities of 120 cases white eyes context,the study based on the theory of national standard Ocular Acupuncture of Concept of eye disease knowledge investigates the changes and correlation of distribution regularities of lumbocrural pain patients and healthy persons of white eyes context.Method:By the Inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,it selects healthy persons and lumbocrural pain patients 60 in each.After informed consent,it records related message and shoot by digital camera the Observable white eyes context.And the pictures are input computer and saved.By the eye partition set point of standardized manipulations of acupuncture and moxibustionPart 15: Ocular Acupuncture and relative medicine writings,it lays more emphasis on the changes of shape and color of white eyes context.It takes Microsoft Excel to entry and deal data,and set up database.To investigating the changes and correlation of distribution regularities of lumbocrural pain patients and healthy persons of white eyes context,it statistic analysis of data by SPSS13.0.Results:1 Compare the frequency of shape abnormal of white eyes context: It is no significant difference between the double eyes of the group of the healthy persons(P>0.05).And the group of the lumbocrural pain patients is so(P>0.05).It is has significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the lumbocrural pain patients are more than the healthy persons.Frequency of all kinds of shape changes present consistency change between the healthy persons and the lumbocrural pain patients.Curve is percent of 41 among the healthy persons,more fork is percent of 21,extension is percent of 19,and uplift appears only once which is the least.The abnormal shape among the lumbocrural pain patients separately is percent of 41,29,12 and only appears 6 cases.2 Compare the frequency of color abnormal of white eyes context: It is no significant difference between the double eyes of the group of the healthy persons(P>0.05).And the group of the lumbocrural pain patients is so(P>0.05).It is has significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the lumbocrural pain patients are more than the healthy persons.It is difference between the healthy persons and the lumbocrural pain patients: light yellow which pears in the highest rate is percent of 51,next is Black point substance which is percent of 27,then is Red with black which is percent of 7.Dark red and yellow plaques do not appear.Bright red and dark red appear in the highest rate which is percent of 25 in each among the lumbocrural pain patients.Next is red with yellow which is percent of 19,and then is Black point substance which is 10 percent.3 Compare the frequency of eight area distribution abnormal of white eyes context: It is no significant difference between the double eyes of the group of the healthy persons(P>0.05).It is so among the group of the healthy persons and between the two groups(P>0.05).The frequency of abnormal of Ocular Acupuncture eight area is consistence among the healthy persons and the lumbocrural pain patients.Conclusions:1 It can observe the abnormal change of the white eyes context in the healthy persons who without any clinical symptoms.It has certain of significant to predict the abnormal of human body function and physique change.But the regular need to further study.2 The shape and color changes of the two eyes white eye context show consistency;and the abnormal appears mainly in right above,underface,inner canthus and outer canthus.3 The occurrence frequency of all sorts of shape abnormal changes is basically the same in white eye venation between the healthy persons and the lumbocrural pain patients.Varix is common,next is fork,and the following is stretch.4 The occurrence frequency of all sorts of color abnormal changes is different in white eye venation between the healthy persons and the lumbocrural pain patients.The highest occurrence frequency is light
