Sinoporphyrin Sodium As A Radiosensitizing Agent In Vivo Experiment

Objective: whether the sinoporphyrin sodium can be used as a radiotherapy sensitization agent,and how the effect of radiotherapy sensitization is.Methods:To study the effect of sinoporphyrin sodium act as a radiosensitizing agent in H22-bearing mice models.Separated 35 mices into 7 groups by radioation doses: 5Gy、10Gy、15Gy.To evaluate the effect of sinoporphyrin sodium act as a radiosensitizing agent by observing the mice Activity、side effect 、the volume and the weight of tumor issue 、surviving time of the mices.Results:Under this experiment conditions,the sinoporphyrin sodium act as a radiosensitizing agent in every dose group,and the 15 Gy is better.By using the radiosensitizing agent,the tumor issues get Inhibitions in the volume and the weight,and improved the mices life conditions.Conclusions:Sinoporphyrin sodium act as a radiosensitizing agent in every dose group,and the 15 Gy is better.
