Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum chemerin and vascular endothelial dysfunction in patients with Essential hypertension.Serum HsCRP,ET-1,NO were measured to assess vascular endothelial dysfunction.Methods: Collect 32 healthy people and 96 patients with Essential Hypertension in hospital from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University,which were divided into 2 groups conrrol and EH.Divied the EH group into 3 sub-groups,a group(EH grade l,n=33),b group(EH 2 grade,n=38),c group(EH 3 grade,n=25),according to the 2013 Chinese guidelines for the management of hypertension.NO was detected by chemical method.Serum Chemerin and ET-1 were detected by enzyme-labeled immunosorbent assay(ELISA).All datas were analyed by SPSS16.00 software.Measurement data expressed as mean±standard deviation().We use the T test to compare test group and control group,and the one-way analysis of variance test to compare the means of multiple groups.The interrelationships of HsCRP,ET-1,NO and chemerin were analyed by Person correlation analysis.Difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).Results:1 The levels of chemerin was significantly higher in c group than those in other groups,and the higher grade of hypertension was the apparenter(P<0.05).2 The level of HsCRP was higher than this in control group,but there was no difference between the test group(P>0.05).3 The levels of ET-1 was significantly higher in c group than those in other groups,and the higher grade of hypertension was the apparenter(P<0.05).4 Serum NO level was significantly higher in control patients than in the test groups patients,but there was no difference between a group and b group(P<0.05).5 Pearman correlation analysis showed: The level of chemerin was positively related to the levels of HsCRP and ET-1(pearman r:0.225,r:0.561,P<0.05),and negatively related to the level of NO(pearman r:-0.662,P<0.05).Conclusions:1 Serum chemerin level was increased in hypertension patients,and the higher grade of hypertension was the apparenter(P<0.05).2 The level of Hs CRP and ET-1 were higher in EH groups than those in control group;the level of NO was lower in EH groups than those in control group(P<0.05);and the higher grade of hypertension was the apparenter(P<0.05).3 Vascular endothelial dysfunction was existed in patients with Essential hypertension.Serum Chemerin maybe a new maker of vascular endothelial dysfunction in Essential hypertension patients. |
