Objective : This research collect the data of air pollution and the information of admitted patients with COPD or bronchial asthma of medical care institution at all levels in SJZ during 2013.1.1 to 2014.12.31.By means of analyzing the relation of exposure to airborne particles and the number of inpatients, and investigating the effect of airborne particles to inpatient,we provide data for the research of the effect of air pollution to human health and controlling air pollution.Method:1 To collect systematically the information of inpatients with COPD or bronchial asthma of medical care institution at all levels in SJZ during 2013.1.1 to 2014.12.31.The data was provided by the office of medical insurance in SJZ.2 To collect concurrently the data of two air pollutants in SJZ every day, including the concentration value of PM2.5 and PM10,provided by(EPB)environmental protection bureau.Simultaneously to obtain the figure of mean temperature and relative humidity, provided by meteorologic bureau.3 To apply partial correlation analysis, and to claim stratified discussion by season.By means of Making temperature、 humidity and air pollutant interactive control variables, removing the effect of the other two factors,we calculate the partial correlation coefficient(r)of the three factors to the number of inpatients. The bigger the partial correlation coefficient is,the closer the correlation is,and vice versa. To research the lag effect of inhalation particulate matter,by means of controlling the temperature、humidity and week effect, applying generalized correlation modelResult: 1 Descriptive statistical results:2584 inpatients totally were brought into this research with COPD during 2013 and 2014 in SJZ.Male inpatients are more than female ones with 69.89 percent.Over 60 years old(including 60)inpatients account for 78.2%.average days. The average length of stay was 13.69 days.2126 inpatients totally were subsumed with bronchial asthma,Female inpatients are more than male ones with 55.26%.Under 60 years old(excluding 60)inpatients account for 30.38%.average days. The average length of stay was 11.41 days. The average concentration of PM2.5 in the year 2013 and 2014 are 151.2±108μg/m3 and 117.27±83.82μg/m3 each, higher than the average national level of secondary standard(35μg/m3).While PM10 are 305.07±155.24μg/m3 and 204.33±121.87μg/m3 each, also higher than the national level(70μg/m3).The average temperature are 13.91±11.13℃ and 15±10.57℃ each at a lower level during the year 2013 and 2014.While the average humidity are 59.72±20.23% and 54.98±18.75% each at a medium level during this period.2 Applying partial correlation analysis. In winter,it turns out negative correlation between temperature and the number of inpatients with COPD,and r=-0.239.Relatively,humidity and the number of inpatients with COPD have low negative correlation in spring(r=-0.21 P<0.05)and autumn(r=-0.147 P<0.05).While,temperature and the number of inpatients with bronchial asthma have low negative correlation in spring(r=-0.155 P<0.05)and winter(r=-0.1428 P<0.05).In winter, the number of inpatients with bronchial asthma and PM2.5 have low positive correlation(r=0.088),by removing the effect of temperature and humidity.Applying generalized additive model :PM2.5 has 2 days lag effect on the number of inpatients with COPD,excluding the influence of temperature and humidity.Every 10μg/m3 PM2.5 rises,1.0022 times the risk of patients with COPD admitted to hospital increases(95%CI:1.0007-1.0037,P =0.0008),that is the number of inpatients increases by 0.22%(0.07%-0.37%).PM2.5 and PM10 have 1 day lag effect on the number of inpatients with bronchial asthma.Every 10μg/m3 PM2.5 and PM10 rise, the number of inpatients with bronchial asthma increase by 0.43%,(0.14%-0.72%)and 0.27%(0.13%-0.42%)each.Conclusion:They are different constituted in sex and age between patients with COPD and bronchial asthma. There are more male and elder people suffered with COPD than bronchial asthma. It turns out negative relations between temperature and patients with COPD and bronchial asthma in relevant seasons.Inhalation particulate matters have certain lag effect of different days on patients with COPD and bronchial asthma.
