Objective:Through using the method of system evaluation,to explore the new adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with stage ⅢA non-small cell lung cancer prognosis,by studying the preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy and surgery in the treatment ⅢA stage non-small cell lung cancer on the result of contrast.Include:(1)The system evaluation of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy of tumor resection rate;(2)The system evaluation of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy in postoperative survival rate. Methods:Firstly formulating suitable selection criteria,Comprehensive searching all database, secondly Screening of all the literature which has been searched, extracting the data and Combining effect of the amount, then using the RevMan5.3 software for statistical analysis, finally giving a reasonable interpretation of the results.Results:(1)There were 14 RCTs enrolled in this present Meta-analysis.(1230 in neoadjuvant chemotherapy group;1341 in surgery group). There was significant differences between the experimental group and control group OR(odds radio):1.91(95% CI 1.47~2.48);(2)There were 13 RCTs enrolled in this present Meta-analysis,and there was significant differences about 1year、3year、5year survival rate between the experimental group and control group.Their OR(odds radio):1.42、1.80、1.83,and their 95% CI :(1.16~1.75)、(1.53~2.12)、(1.52~2.19).Conclusions:The system evaluation shows a benefit of neoadjuvant chemotherapy to the patients with ⅢA stage non-small cell lung cancer that can improve resection rate and long-term survival rate.
