BackgroundSubarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is one of the most common severe clinical manifestations, diverse disease because of sudden rupture of blood vessels in the brain, blood into the subarachnoid space, therefore it is known as subarachnoid hemorrhage in acute stroke, the proportion of cases in recent years, due to environmental pollution, cause the improvement of living conditions and other factors, there is an upward trend, the harm is great; influenced by the cognitive function of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage, learning ability, memory, spatial memory, behavior ability, language ability, emotional changes, different, after treatment, some patients’ cognitive function by to improve and enhance, but will have different influence on the life of patients, and by domestic and foreign experts and scholars pay more attention to comprehensive arachnoid changes of cognitive function in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and detection of related factors, and explore the significance of cognitive related factors.ObjectiveEvaluating subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) before and after operation in patients with cognitive function,,The effects of various factors on cognitive function and relationship of dynamic changes, Were detected in blood and CSF in SI00(3, GAP-43 dynamic changes discuss the influencing factors related factors and with cognitive impairment in relation.MethodsUsing the mini mental state examination (MMSE) scale, painting clock test, trail making test method for the detection of patients with cognitive function, cognitive function before and after treatment of cognitive function changes in. Analysis the related factors, related factors including age, gender, culture, mild, underlying disease situation, regular medication and other aspects, in healthy volunteers as control group were used as healthy adult controls, age, educational level and gender matched, try to keep from the analysis of interference factors, thus various factors correlation. Collected in our hospital in the last two years of subarachnoid hemorrhage in line with the conditions of the patients before and after treatment of cerebrospinal fluid and serum, were detected before and after treatment cognitive function changes to collect dynamic changes of related factor in cerebrospinal fluid and serum before and after treatment, the experiment using molecular biology experimental cerebral hydrocephalus before and after operation in patients with cerebrospinal fluid, detected before and after surgery changes in the cognitive function. Western blot in cerebrospinal fluid and serum S100β and GAP-43 protein expression.ResultsSubarachnoid hemorrhage patients before treatment in painting clock test, trail making test and patients with MMSE score and the control group was significantly lower than that of (P< 0.01). After treatment cognitive function of patients with obvious recovery. But compared with the normal group have a certain gap, with statistical significance. After the analysis of the influencing factors and subarachnoid hemorrhage patients with cognitive dysfunction and age of onset, the patient education degree, underlying diseases (diabetes, hypertension, etc.) has a significant correlation, brain after water and cognitive function in patients with surgery significantly improved, after 72 hours significantly enhanced,2 weeks strongest. In serum and CSF in S100β, GAP-43 expression in each time period expression and compared to the control group changed significantly (P< 0.05). The expression changes significantly, blood and cerebrospinal fluid of GAP-43 in postoperative 1 week was significantly higher,2 weeks to reach the peak, and S100β in preoperative highest postoperative significantly reduced, postoperative 72 hours lower,2 weeks minimum value. The statistical results show that enhanced cognitive function after operation, the expression of GAP-43 and cognitive function in the same trend, and the dynamic expression of S100β and cognitive function in the opposite trend.Conclusions(1) The S100β is one of an important symbol of subarachnoid hemorrhage cerebral dysfunction, cognitive impairment factor and concentration of normal cognitive function in the generation and maintenance plays an important role, the high concentration may have neurotoxic effects.(2) GAP-43 is another important factor related to cognitive function after subarachnoid hemorrhage, and it is closely related to the maintenance and repair of cognitive function...
