The Investigation Of TCM Treatment Plan Of Chronic Heart Failure In Part Area Of Guangxi By Delphi Approach

Objective: Using the Delphi method,which is used on part of Guangxi regional CHF of TCM four diagnostic information elements,TCM syndrome elements,TCM treatment and TCM treatment of the overall effect of the evaluation summary analysis,to provides the basis for develop basic standardization technology solutions of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and the evaluation of the overall effect on part of guangxi regional.Methods: The study is based on the previous research(fully application retrieval and data management analysis tools,to researching CHF syndromes regularity of distribution and the curative effect evaluation method.etc,and extract relative informations from Guangxi area),on the basis of establishment of Guangxi area chronic heart failure Four diagnostic information elements of TCM,TCM syndrome elements and overall effect evaluation questionnaire.According to the Delphi method,the content of the preparation is in two rounds of expert investigation and consulting to experts by us,and according to the feedback informations from experts,then selected and modified.Preliminary summarized parts of guangxi area of chronic heart failure in four diagnostic information elements,TCM syndrome elements,TCM treatment and evaluation of the effect of overall standardized solutions.Results: expert consultation questionnaire recovery rate was 95% in the first round,the second round of expert consultation questionnaire recovery rate was 91%.after 2 rounds of expert consultation,the second round of survey results is more representative than the first round.As fellows:One,the common degree of four elements: firstly,symptom: breathe hard,pant,mentally fatigued,face is ashen,die blausucht,feel cold,since the sweat/night sweats,secondly,the states of tongue,dark purple tongue,the tongue body fat big,tongue with petechiae,white tongue coating,coating on the tongue thick and greasy tongue coating,coating on the tongue,thin coating on the tongue.thirdly,pulse condition: fine veins and arteries and veins,arteries and veins and generation,acetbity of arteries and veins.Two,the common of TCM syndrome types in the order: the syndrome of deficiency heart qi and blood stasis,the syndrome of deficiency qi yin with blood stasis,the syndrome of deficiency yang with blood stasis and fellows with phlegm-damp,or phlegm-heat,or water stop somewhere.Three,treatment and prescription of traditional Chinese medicine: According to the survey of TCM syndrome for the second round of the experts,we can draw our conclusions for combining with the Chinese medicine treatment of the investigation and analysis: the experts are recognizad the following type of syndrome of TCM syndromes: one,using benefiting qi and blood to teart the syndrome deficiency of qi and blood stasis by baoyuan soup and dansenyin combine with wulingsan,two,using benefiting qi and yin to promoting blood circulation to treat the deficiency qi and yin with blood stasis by senmaisan combine with xuefuzhuyu soup,there,using benefiting warm yang to treat promoting blood circulation by senfu soup combine with dansen yin,accompanying phlegm-damp,and phlegm-heat or wate stop,we will use banxia,chengpi,fuling to remove phlegm-damp;we use zhuru,gualou, huangqin to remove phlegm-heat;or,we use tinglizi,fulingpi,zexie,zelan to remove the water.Four,the common degree of the evaluation of the overall effect: fist,symptoms and signs: breathe hard,pant,cannot horizontal,lung moist rale,the rank of heart function,TCM syndrome scoring are greater,weak and palpitation,chest pain,oliguric,abdominal distension,lower limb edema,cold limbs,dark purple tongue,superficial vein exposure,six minute walking text,blood gas analysis,record 24 hours intake,output volume and body weight survey and record urine volume,spontaneous sweating and night sweat,dry mouth,cough,cough up phlegm,fear of cold,dysphoria,face edema etc.Second,the laboratory inspection is and treatment in part area of guangxi: One,using benefiting qi and blood to treat deficiency qi with blood stasis by banyuan soup and dansenyin combine with wulingsan;Two,using benefiting qi and yin with promoting blood circulation to teart deficiency with qi and yin with blood stasis by senmaisan combine with xuefuzhuyutang;Three,using benefiting wenyang promoting blood circulation to treat the deficiency yang with blood stasis by senfutang combine with dansenyin.And change the drug by phlegmy wet/phlegm heat block or water retention.The the common degree of the evaluation of the overall effect: fist,symptoms and signs: breathe hard,pant,cannot horizontal,lung moist rale,the rank of heart function,TCM syndrome scoring are greater,weak and palpitation,chest pain,oliguric,abdominal
