Objective:To observe dynamic changes of pulmonary function of glucocorticoid combined with bronchial expansion agent in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, and to study the effect and clinical significance of budesonide combined with bronchial expansion agent on the pulmonary function of children with MPP,to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of MPP.Methods: To take a look at the analysis method, select the December June 2014 to 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College(yijishan hospital)pediatric ward in hospital, met the selection criteria of 60 cases of children with MPP and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group and normal group for 30 cases of outpatients in the same period to carry on the physical examination of healthy children, the experimental group was treated with anti MP,symptomatic, supportive treatment and continuous inhalation for 3 months, and the control group was treated with the same test group except for the rest of the treatment, were detected in the experimental group and the control group MPP(after 2 weeks,1 months and 3 months after the onset of MPP)and normal group of children with pulmonary conventional ventilation function index.Record index to reflect large airway hyperresponsiveness indexes of FVC,FEV1,PEF and small airway hyperresponsiveness index FEF25,FEF50,FEF75.Compared with the normal group, there were no differences in pulmonary function between the MPP group and the normal group, dynamic observation of the experimental group with MPP inhaled budesonide and bronchodilatorspulmonary function changes, before treatment,1 month,3 months after discharge between differences, and compared to the control group. Results:The experimental group within 2 weeks after the onset of FVC 、 FEV1 、PEF 、 FEF25 、 FEF50 、 FEF75((?)±s)respectively is 1.21±0.22 、 1.09±0.22 、1.91±0.31、1.80±0.40、1.28±0.27、0.61±0.17;the average level of 1 month of FVC、FEV1 、 PEF 、 FEF25 、 FEF50 、 FEF75((?)±s)were discharged is 1.91±0.33 、1.81±0.41 、 3.17±0.53 、 2.43±0.52 、 1.57±0.30 、 0.84±0.11;the average level of 3months of FVC 、 FEV1 、 PEF 、 FEF25 、 FEF50 、 FEF75((?)±s)were discharged is2.15±0.43、2.00±0.40、3.43±0.68、3.05±0.74、1.72±0.21、0.92±0.13;The control group within 2 weeks after the onset of FVC、FEV1、PEF、FEF25、FEF50((?)±s)respectively is 1.21±0.21 、 1.11±0.21 、 1.93±0.28 、 1.84±0.38 、 1.30±0.27 、0.58±0.17;the average level of 1 month of FVC 、 FEV1 、 PEF 、 FEF25 、 FEF50 、FEF75((?)±s)were discharged is 1.59±0.31 、 1.54±0.33 、 2.76±0.55 、 2.07±0.46 、1.31±0.26、0.68±0.14;the average level of 3 months of FVC、FEV1、PEF、FEF25、FEF50 、 FEF75((?)±s)were discharged is 1.88±0.36 、 1.80±0.33 、 2.80±0.56 、2.58±0.76 、 1.47±0.23 、 0.72±0.12;The normal group(healthy children)the average level of FVC 、 FEV1 、 PEF 、 FEF25 、 FEF50 、 FEF75((?)±s)respectively is3.27±0.30 、 2.67±0.32 、 4.04±0.46 、 3.17±0.61 、 2.14±0.54 、 1.04±0.22.Compared with the normal group, the level of experimental group and control group of pulmonary function indicators in children with acute airway representatives were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).6 months after discharge in experimental group, pulmonary function index was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion:Continuous inhaled glucocorticoid combined with beta receptor agonist can can effectively improve pulmonary ventilation function in children with MPP,which may be a mechanism to reduce airway hyperresponsiveness and accelerate the repair of lung tissue and airway.
