Objective: Thyroid cancer accounts for approximately 2% of all cancers diagnosed worldwide and 95% of all endocrine cancers.Thyroid cancer is the fastest growing body cancer since 2000.The incidence of thyroid cancer has obvious gender differences,female showed a higher detection rate and growth trend.In addition,the incidence rate of female thyroid carcinoma in the age of childbearing was significantly higher than that of the postmenopausal women with.So the thyroid gland cancer may be a hormone dependent tumor.The estrogen hormone play an important role in thyroid cancer cells transfer control of thyroid cancer onset,metastasis and invasion attack by ERα(estrogen receptor alpha)and ERβ(estrogen receptor beta).Ki-67 was originally known to be the first of the most widely known and widely used cell marker for the growth and proliferation of the cells.Ki-67 and the mitotic division of the wire cut and large amount of research shows that the high table Ki-67 with years of age,tumor size,tumor invasion,and lymph node transfer and other related department.This experiment through detection of ER alpha and estrogen receptor beta and Ki-67 in papillary thyroid carcinoma was to discuss the in thyroid cancer of the development of and correlation,for the discrimination of benign and malignant thyroid gland,after the bed pre Pro provided provide theory basis.Methods:1 The clinical pathological data of Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University during 2006-2015 were complete,and 80 cases were performed by experienced patients.Of which 33 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma,4 cases of thyroid follicular carcinoma,3 cases of medullary thyroid carcinoma,40 cases of nodular goiter,with nodular goiter group.All specimens were examined by two high grade pathology doctor.2 Using the method of the non epidemic group weaving method,the ER alpha,ER beta,Ki-67’s table of the condition and the use of IHS evaluation standard.Negative expression(-)are recorded as negative,low expression(+),(+ +)expression and high expression(+ + +)were recorded as positive.3 The experiment data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS20.0 software.Application methods for X2 test,Fisher exact probability method,Spearman rank correlation analysis,rank sum test,take P<0.05 as a statistical difference.Results:1 The positive rates of ER,ER and Ki-67 expression in thyroid carcinoma tissues were 85%,72.5% and 77.5% respectively.The positive rates of ER,ER and Ki-67 in nodular goiter were 55%,45% and 52.5% respectively.Thyroid cancer in ER alpha expression positive rate was higher than that of nodular goiter tissue.The difference is statistically significant(x2 =8.571,P < 0.05).Thyroid cancer in estrogen receptor beta expression positive rate was significantly higher than that of nodular goiter tissue.The difference is statistically significant(x2=6.241,P < 0.05).Thyroid cancer tissues expression of Ki-67 positive rate was significantly higher than that of nodular goiter tissue.The difference is statistically significant(x2 =5.459,P < 0.05);2 Thyroid cancer group,the expression of ER alpha with different age,gender,menopausal status,pathological type,tumor diameter,the differences between those with and without coated infiltration had no statistical significance(P > 0.05),but with lymph node metastasis in thyroid carcinoma tissues the expression of ER alpha were significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis of thyroid carcinoma,ER alpha positive rate in the organization,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The expression of ER beta with different age,gender,menopausal status,pathological type,tumor diameter,the difference between the presence of capsular invasion,lymph node metastasis had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).The expression of Ki-67 with different age,sex,menopause or not pathological type,tumor diameter difference had no statistical significance(P > 0.05),but the Ki-67 in cancer breakthrough capsular thyroid carcinoma tissue expression positive rate higher than that of without breaking coated thyroid carcinoma tissue,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),Ki-67 with lymph node metastasis in thyroid carcinoma tissues expression positive rate is higher than without lymph node metastasis of thyroid carcinoma tissue,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);3 ER alpha,ER beta and Ki-67,the relationship of the expression in thyroid carcinoma.Thyroid cancer with ER alpha and ER beta was positively associated with significant statistical significance(P < 0.05),ER alpha and Ki-67 correlation has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),ER beta and Ki-67 correlation has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).ER alpha in thyroid carcinoma,the expression of ER beta is associated with the expression of Ki-67 no significant(P > 0.05),shows Ki-67 as a relatively independent reaction index of tumor cell proliferation.Conclusions:1 ER alpha,ER beta expression in thyroid carcinoma group were higher than in the tissue of nodular goiter.Prompt thyroid cancer in the event of a process may be related to the ER alpha,beta the high expression of ER,its expression in thyroid cancer cells may play an important role in the process,identification of benign and malignant thyroid tumors has important significance,choice of treatment.Ki-67 high expression in thyroid carcinoma suggests its development in thyroid cancer may play an important role in the process,promote the thyroid cancer cell proliferation,the tumor biological behavior and prognosis judgement..2 ER alpha and not the same year age group,sex,the vast and not,pathological type,tumor diameter,dip run and other factors not,but and lymphatic node metastasis related,as judge thyroid lymph Ba node transfer of auxiliary factors.3 The expression of ER beta with different age groups,gender,menopausal status,pathological type,tumor diameter,presence of capsular invasion,lymph node metastasis and other factors,the ER beta may have anticancer effect,still needs further research to argue that may become a new biological treatment targets.4 ER alpha and ER beta were positively correlated.Both possible synergies,possibly as the diagnosis of thyroid cancer identification on the basis of joint detection,differentiation of thyroid cancer also have prompt action.5 Ki-67 high expression and tumor capsular invasion,lymph node metastasis,thyroid carcinoma may be judgment biological behavior and prognosis prediction of an independent factor,choice of treatment for thyroid cancer such as clinical work play a guiding role.
