Objective:We purpose to investigate expression of angiotensin Ⅱ1 receptor and angiotensin Ⅱ2 receptor in small cell lung cancer tissue, and research the relationship of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor with small cell lung cancer in the paper. Methods: Using immunohistochemical method, we collected the coverage data of small cell lung cancer patients underwent surgery at the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University Thoracic Surgery from January 2011 to December 2014. All tissue specimens were obtained by surgery, respectively diagnosed by pathologist with small cell lung cancer, squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarci- noma. A total of 116 cases of small cell lung cancer, 5 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 11 cases of adenocarcinoma, 13 cases of normal lung tissue were included in the study. These tissues were grouped by clinical factors. We aimed to explore the differences and meaning for protein expression, using the results of the immunohistochemical chi-square test,Wilcoxon test, ordinal logistic test for statistical differences in the analysis.Results:1 The positive expression of AT1R, AT2R in normal lung tissue was both negative.2 In non-small cell lung cancer, the positive expression rate of AT1R,AT2R was 75%、53.6%.3 The positive expression rate of AT1R, AT2R in small cell lung cancer was 94%, 91.4% respectively.4 The positive expression rate of AT1R, AT2R in small cell lung cancer was significantly higher than non-small cell lung cancer and normal lung tissue. The expression levels of AT1R, AT2R were significantly higher than in the non-small cell lung cancer and normal lung tissue.5 Spearman rank correlation analysis results were statistically with small cell lung cancer in AT1R and AT2R. AT1R and AT2R have a positive correlation, the correlation coefficient is 0.469, and there was no correlation with normal lung tissue and non-small cell lung cancer.6 The relationships between AT1R, AT2R and clinical factors of small cell lung cancer: The expression levels of AT1R, AT2R have no differences in different sexes, ages, tumor size, stages, chemo-therapy intervention, recurrence, while AT1R and AT2R have difference in the groups of different lymph nodes. Conclusions: This study found that AT1R,AT2R have positive expression rate and expression levels in small cell lung cancer significantly higher than in the non-small cell lung cancer and in the normal lung tissue, and have no correlation with patient factors and the clinical stages. The study results suggest AT1R,AT2R may play a role in the small cell lung cancer, also may play a role in the metastasis of small cell lung cancer, of course the relevant mechanisms need to be further studied.
