Objective:This topic was the detection that peripheral blood TGF-β1 level of the postoperative recurrent and metastatic patients by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).And make comparison with peripheral blood CEA,CA15-3 of the patients in the same term to explore the relationship between peripheral blood TGF-β1 and the recurrence and metastasis of postoperative breast cancer,and the relationship among peripheral blood TGF-β1,CEA,CA15-3.We hope to find a timely testing index for the recurrence and metastasis of postoperative breast cancer patients.Methods:1 From April 2014 to November 2015,we randomly selected 81 postoperative recurrent and metastatic breast cancer patients,including 50 patients with distant metastasis and 31 patients with local recurrence,and 41 no postoperative breast cancer recurrence and metastasis patients and 43 healthy patients by the surgical oncology or clinic re-admission to hospital patients of the Central Hospital of Cangzhou.By ELISA,we could determine the level of peripheral blood TGF-β1,and by the microparticle chemiluminescence method,we could make comparison with peripheral blood CEA,CA15-3 of the patients in the same term,investigate the relationship of them.2 The experimental data was indicated by x ? S,and SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1 The level of peripheral blood TGF-β1 in the postoperative recurrent and metastatic breast cancer patients was abovely higer than the no postoperative breast cancer recurrence and metastasis patients and the healthy patients.There was significant difference among three groups.2 There was significant difference among the patients with distant metastasis,the no postoperative breast cancer recurrence and metastasis patients and the healthy patients.There was significant difference among the patients with local recurrence,the no postoperative breast cancer recurrence and metastasis patients and the healthy patients.4).But there was no difference between the patients with distant metastasis and the patients with local recurrence.So the level of peripheral blood TGF-β1 in the patients with distant metastasis and the patients with local recurrence was abovely higher than the no postoperative breast cancer recurrence and metastasis patients and the healthy patients,but there was no difference between the patients with distant metastasis and the patients with local recurrence.3 The positive expression rate of the level of peripheral blood TGF-β1,CEA,CA15-3 respectively is 70.37%、43.21%and41.98%.The joint detection of CEA and CA15-3 is 66.67%.The joint detection of CEA,CA15-3 and TGF-β1 is 88.89%.There was no difference between the positive expression rate of CEA and CA15-3.But There was significant difference between TGF-β1 and CEA,and there was significant difference TGF-β1 and CA15-3.There was no difference between the joint detection of CEA,CA15-3 and TGF-β1.There was significant difference between the joint detection of CEA,CA15-3 and TGF-β1 and TGF-β1.There was significant difference between the joint detection of CEA,CA15-3 and TGF-β1 and the joint detection of CEA,CA15-3.4.There were no relationship of the recurrence and metastasis of postoperative breast cancer patients’ peripheral blood TGF-β1 level with pathological type,lymph node metastasis,ER,PR,HER-2 and the menopausal status.Conclusion:1 The level of peripheral blood TGF-β1 in the postoperative recurrent and metastatic breast cancer patients was abovely higer than the no postoperative breast cancer recurrence and metastasis patients and the healthy patients.There was significant difference among three groups.So the level of peripheral blood TGF-β1 could become a new monitoring index for the recurrence and metastasis of postoperative breast cancer.2 The level of peripheral blood TGF-β1 in the patients with distant metastasis and the patients with local recurrence was abovely higher than the no postoperative breast cancer recurrence and metastasis patients and the healthy patients,but there was no difference between the patients with distant metastasis and the patients with local recurrence.So the level of peripheral blood TGF-β1 could become a monitoring index for the patients with distant metastasis and the patients with local recurrence.3 There were no relationship of the recurrence and metastasis of postoperative breast cancer patients’ peripheral blood TGF-β1 level with pathological type,lymph node metastasis,ER,PR,HER-2and the menopausal status.4 The level of peripheral blood TGF-β1 was better than CEA and CA15-3 for the monitoring of the recurrence and metastasis of postoperative breast cancer.It meant that it was good at monitoring the recurrence of breast cancer after operation that the joint detection of CEA,CA15-3 and TGF-β1 is 89.4%.
