Objective: This study based on the vacuum sealing drainage, to use the detoxification born outside one drip washing treatment on infective wound of limbs, in fever days, the serious of pain, antibiotic use days, white blood cell count, granulation tissue growth situation, the cost before the second operation, patients satisfaction of this treatment, evaluation of its curative effect, for clinical provides a feasible and effective method of treatment of infective wounds of the limbs, to alleviate the patient’s pain and burden.Methods:1 In March 2014~July 2015 voluntary cooperation during clinical trials of 60 patients with limbs infection wound, were performed after admission in patients with normal processing, to suit the support treatment, and in the next day give the patient’s debridement +vacuum sealing drainage.2 Postoperative according to admission order randomized into treatment group and control group,each group including 30 cases.The treatment group patients daily use from detoxification outside one drip washing, the production of the control group patients daily to use the physiological saline drip.3 observation point: 1 day, 7 days after admission. Record two group of patients admitted to hospital, 1 day, the seventh day of postoperative pain score, white blood cell count; The seventh day of postoperative wound granulation tissue growth; Patients with persistent fever days, antibiotic use days, the cost before the second operation, treatment satisfaction score.Results:1 The persistent fever days of the two groups is the treatment group lower than the control group, the statistical have a significance(P<0.05).2 The pain of the treatment group was obviously lighter than the control group after the different deal with,the statistical have a significant differences(P<0.01).3 The days of the antibiotics use is that the treatment group are significantly lower than the control group,the statistical have a significant differences(P<0.01).4 Two groups′white blood cell count after the treatment have no significant difference(P>0.05).5 The treatment groups granulation tissue growth score is better than that of control group after gain different deal with,the statistical have a significance(P<0.05).6 The cost before the second operation of the two groups have no difference(P>0.05).7 The satisfaction score between the two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 From detoxification outside the production of washing the drip saline drip is obviously better than the total effective rate, and not found related to drug adverse reactions, so this method is safe and effective.2 From detoxification wash outside party continues to drip combined with the production of the closed negative pressure drainage has the following advantages:Subjective effect, can ease the pain of patients caused by infection of wound, a higher satisfaction score; Objective effect, can shorten the days in patients with fever, number of reducing antibiotic use, promote the growth of granulation tissue provide good bed late for closed wounds; Economic effect, while Chinese medicine medicinal broth itself cost higher than that of normal saline, but didn’t see a significant increase in total hospitalization expenses, so while improve the clinical curative effect, no additional economic burden.
