Objective To know about the effect of socio-economic factors and temperament types with ADHD children and observe the curative effect of psycho-behavioral intervention on the ADHD children of different temperament types. To provide the reliable scientific basis for helping patients’ parents and clinics to formulate personalized intervention plan.Method A total of 156 cases of ADHD children were selected randomly from June 2013 to November 2014 in the children’s health clinics and children’s psychological behavior clinic of Anhui Children’s Hospital. The same age normal children of heal examination in the children’s health clinics during the period was not in line with 2001 of China Institute of neuropsychiatric through "mental illness Classification and diagnostic criteria (third edition) diagnostic criteria for ADHD diagnosis standards and the level of intelligence in the normal range physical examination showed no abnormalities 156 normal children and their parents as controls. Case group and control group attended the anonymous questionnaire survey under the guidance of physician and the children of case group were given eight weeks’ psychological and behavioral intervention and observe the behavior change among ADHD children before and after intervention. We neatened and collated the obtain information, and then entered them into the database, and the SPSS 13.0 was used for statistical analysis finally.Results (1) The total number of actual survey was 312 cases and the qualified data was 288 cases and 144 cases of case group were included. To give case groups the psychological and behavioral intervention during research. There were 103 males and 41 females in case group and its average age was 5.06±1.03 years. There were 98 males and 46 females in control group and its average age was 5.29±1.12 years. (2) Two groups of comparison differences in the birth way, the main caregivers, parents’ education, family’s month-earning, parents’marriage relation and temperament type have statistics significance (P<0.05).(3) The differences of different temperament type children of case group in age, birth way, mother’s education level and occupation, family’s money-earning, parents’marriage relation and other factors was statistically significant (P<0.05). (4) After 8 weeks of psycho behavior intervention,12 cases included in the case group weren’t accord with the standard of CCMD-3 on the diagnosis of ADHD and the symptom of 76 cases were improved and the cure and improvement rate was 61.1%. The behavior change of ADHD children was obviously. Thereinto, the difference of four factor scores among the ADHD children of easy to keep hyperactivity disorder and intermediate in conduct problem, index of hyperactivity, impulsion-hyperactivity and learning issues was statistically significant (P<0.05). Followed by the slow-to-warm-up, the change of four factor scores of difficult to keep hyperactivity disorder was the least. Before and after intervention, the differences of each group of children of 2 factor scores in anxiety and psychosomatic symptom was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion (1) The birth way and family factors affect the attack and prognosis of ADHD by temperament type. (2) Psychological and behavioral intervention can improve the behavioral problems of ADHD children and the influence of intervention effect by different temperament type when psychological and behavioral intervention carried out need to be considered.
