Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Abdominal Acupuncture Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo

Objective: To explore the mechanism and clinical value of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo,and provide clinical evidence for the effect of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Method: In 60 cases the acupuncture clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with cervical vertigo,using simple random method,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases,treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture treatment,the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture therapy.Evaluating the therapeutic effect with the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and evaluation of symptoms and functions of cervical vertigo.Count data using t test for data processing,measurement data using rank sum test and single factor analysis of variance for data processing and analysisResult: The total effective rate after treatment group for the first time,the five times after treatment,the 10 times after treatment respectively51.72% and 86.21% and 96.55%,the total efficiency of the control group for the first time,the five times after treatment,the 10 times after treatment was 35.71%,60.71%,85.71%.After the first treatment,between the treatment group and the control group,the total efficiency differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05);the five times after treatment,between the treatment group and the control group,the total efficiency difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the 10 times after treatment,between the treatment group and the control group,the total efficiency difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The two groups of patients before treatment,after first treatment,fifth treatment,tenth after treatment,and follow-up for three months,cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment score,and make statistical analysis.Compared with the control group,treatment group before treatment with the first treatment of cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scores were no difference;treatment group in the5 th,10th,3 months follow-up cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scores were significant difference(P < 0.05).Groups within the group compared compared with the 10 times after treatment,before treatment,the five times in treatment of cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scores were significant difference(P < 0.05),after3 months follow-up cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment integral,there were no differences(P > 0.05).Conclusion : Abdominal acupuncture interventional treatment of cervical vertigo exists not only clear the immediate effect,there is also a good superposition effect,with the increase in the number of treatment,abdominal acupuncture curative effect is better than that of traditional acupuncture acupuncture.Proof of abdominal acupuncture therapy is an effective method for the treatment of cervical vertigo,safety,and vigorously promote the worth in clinic.
