Based On Qi-scathing Pain Theory To Disscusse The Influence Of Acupuncture For Neck Pain Of Servical Spondylosis And The SF-36

Objective: Based on qi-scathing pain theory to disscusse the influence of acupuncture for neck pain of servical spondylosis and the SF-36.Methods : Selected 60 cases of cervical spondylosis patients with neck pain and inclusion criteria.All these patients came from our wards and the outpatient service.According to the proportion of 1:1 were randomly divided into two groups as treatment group 30 cases and the normal control group 30 cases.The treatment group used acupuncture combined with cupping therapy and the control group used conventional acupuncture treatment.1,The treatment group: acupoint: LI4(double),LR3(double),DU14,BL10(double),cervical vertebra and clip ridge points,SI3(double);Specific operation:(1)acupuncture treatment: the patient comfortable prone position,fully exposed skin and meridians,and acupuncture points to the skin after routine disinfection,choose a one-off 25 1.0 inch,1.5 inch sterile acupuncture needle,stab initiated in small increments of twisting,after qi,needle once again every 10 minutes,30 minutes retaining needle.(2)the cupping therapy,the patient comfortable prone position,fully exposed on neck and back,selecting appropriate to the size of the glass jar,quickly will jar buckle on should pull skin,leave a jar of 10 to 15 minutes,quickly will tank.(3)moxibustion treatment: select the DU14 acupuncture point,using ai wick moxibustion,choose old moxa,the size of moxa rub into wheat conical moxa wick,meridian skin with a little vaseline,put on the skin meridians,the moxa wick lighting to patients after have warm feeling,or a slight burning sensation when will Mr.Wick removed,each hole moxibustion five strong,local skin glow sticks to warm.2,The control group: according to the national planning materials of traditional Chinese medicine colleges,new century(second edition)"acupuncture therapy in the treatment,choosing acupoints:DU14,BL10(double),cervical vertebra and clip ridge points,SI3(double);operation method of acupuncture treatment group.3,Course and evaluation methods: two groups of treatment are five times in a period of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment 10 times.Respectively in NPQ neck pain scale observation curative effect indexes before and after treatment,VAS score,SF-36 scale,and statistical analysis of the data by statistical software,evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results : 1,Before the treatment,compared the general data of two groups,including gender,age,length of course,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),comparable.2,Compared them before and after treatment,NPQ neck pain scale score,score than before treatment in two group were decreased significantly(P <0.05),indicating that the two groups can improve treatment of cervical spondylosis neck pain;Comparison between treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.3,Compared before and after treatment,VAS score,two groups of the score down,compared with before treatment were significantly(P < 0.05);Comparison between treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group. 4,SF-36 scale score,the two groups before treatment,the indicators there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05),difference comparable;The indicators in the two groups before and after treatment group comparison,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05);After treatment,the treatment group in improving general health,social function,emotional function,mental health,physiological function,body pain,physiological functions and effort more apparent,with significant difference(P < 0.05).The results showed that the treatment group using acupuncture therapy to treat cervical spondylosis neck pain scheme in improving the quality of life is better than that in control group.5,To compare the clinical efficacy of two groups,the results have significant difference(P < 0.05),indicating the overall clinical efficacy of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Based on the "qi-scathing pain" acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture treatment can improve the cervical spondylosis of cervical pain,but “qi-scathing pain" acupuncture therapy in improving the patients’ pain,quality of life,and the overall clinical efficacy is superior to conventional acupuncture treatment.
