| Objective: epilepsy is a kind of synchronization is caused by a variety of reasons of neurons in the brain height anomaly caused by repeated epileptiform discharge as a feature of brain dysfunction syndrome.Epidemiological survey found,comorbid mental disorders,stroke,epilepsy,Parkinson's disease incidence were higher than normal people,respectively,34.1%,19.5%,21.9% [1].Notably the seizure disorder of anxiety depression is the most common.In this paper,by observing the epilepsy resistant decoction combined citalopram of epilepsy associatedMethods: collect nanning rui kang neurology hospital outpatient and the inpatient of epilepsy with depression patients with anxiety disorders(June to September 2015),2014,a total of 75 cases,40 cases of male,female 35 cases.Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n = 25).10 cases of treatment group(15 cases were male,female,aged 16 to 63 years old,average age 36.6 + /-4.9;Sick time 4 months to20 years,average sicken time was 6.1 + /-2.6 years.12 cases in the control group,including 13 cases of male,female,age 17-66,mean age 37.1 + /-4.5 years old;Sick time 3 months to 24 years,average sicken time was 6.2 + /-3.3 years;13 cases of observed 12 cases of male,female,aged 18 to 61 years old,average age 36.4 + /-4.5;Sick time 3 months to 22 years,the average time was 6.5 + /-3.2 years.Each group patients were given conventional antiepileptic treatment(valproate zyban)and comply with psychological treatment,observation group and treatment group with citalopram(xi),epilepsy treatment group also give fight decoction treatment,treatment 3 group were for six weeks.Before and after treatment,respectively,to adopt HAMD(Hamilton depression rating scale)and HAMA to anxiety and depression score(Hamilton anxiety scale),by comparing the scores before and after and collect data,using SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis,finally make a further discussion and conclusions.Results: after 6 weeks follow-up treatment as a result,the three groups after treatment in patients with seizure frequency comparison: epilepsy in the treatment group(25 cases healed in 11 cases,10 cases were markedly improved,3 cases ineffective in 1case,and the total effective rate was 96.0%;Observation group recovered in 7 cases,25 cases of epilepsy in 11 cases were markedly effective,effective in 2 cases,invalid in 5cases,total effective rate was 80.0%.6 cases control group of 25 cases of epilepsy,8cases were markedly effective,effective 4 cases,7 had no effect,the total effective rate was 72.0%.Three groups and chi-square test data between groups,statistically significant difference(P =0.025,P < 0.05),the treatment group curative effect is better than the observation group and control group.Three groups after treatment in patients with anxiety depression to improve the situation is: in the treatment group(25 cases healed in 8 cases,9 cases of remarkable progress and progress in 6 cases,2 had no effect,the total effective rate was 92.0%;Observation group of 25 cases healed in 5 cases of epilepsy,significant progress in 5cases,8 cases,7 had no effect,the total effective rate was 72.0%;Control group of 25 cases of epilepsy in 1 case,significant progress in 1 case,progress in 3 patients,20 cases,total effective rate was 20.0%.Three groups and chi-square test data between groups,statistically significant difference(P = 0.023,P < 0.05),the treatment group curative effect is better than the observation group and control group.The observation group curative effect is better than that of control group.Conclusion:(1)by comparison with the clinical effect of the treatment of this topic and found that epilepsy resistant decoction combined valproate zyban to control the seizures is superior to the simple use of valproate zyban.(2)the conventional therapy of epilepsy with anxiety depression disorder has certain curative effect,but little effect,psychological treatment with citalopram can greatly increase the curative effect of anti-anxiety depression.(3)in addition,the use of decoction combined citalopram for improving epilepsy disorder of anxiety depression curative effect is superior to the simple use of citalopram.Finally,epilepsy seizures in patients with anxiety depression anti decoction combined citalopram treatment effect is more obvious,and work faster,the better quality of life of patients,less adverse reaction.For clinical combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of epilepsy complicated with depression anxiety opens up a new train of thought. |
