| Objective:To investigate the effect of Danshen Chuanxiong qin injection on the level of serum B-type Natriuretic Peptide(BNP) and the quality of life in patients who accepted the emergency PCI with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods: A total of 62 cases with STEMI and accepted the emergency PCI were collected and divided into the treatment group(31 samples) and the control group(31samples). Treatment group were given regular treatment combined drip Danshen Chuanxiong qin Injection, control group were conventional treatment only. Compare the BNP level and the life quality of dynamic change before and after treatment 2 groups of patients.Results: 1.The BNP level after treatment, 2 groups of patients were decreased(P<0.05),compared with control group,the treatment group reduced more obvious, there was a significant difference(P<0.01);2.The quality of life after treatment, 2 groups of patients were improved(P<0.05), compared with control group,the treatment group reduced more obvious,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The effect after treatment, 2 groups of patients were improved cardiac function, compared with control group,the treatment group improved more obvious,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The patients of 2 groups of TCM syndrome integral was decreased, the compared with control group, treatment group reduced more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.In Western conventional therapy based on the use of Danshen Chuanxiong qin injection can improve heart function after PCI in patients with STEMI and efficacy than Western medicine effect is more pronounced;2.Danshen Chuanxiong qin injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in patients with STEMI undergoing PCI, and improve the quality of life;3.After PCI in STEMI patients on conventional therapy medicine Danshen Chuanxiong qin injection is safety. |
